Mind that this listing has an UNPUBLISHED rule about a curfew, where after a certain hour you CANNOT leave the premises, like for example to go to diner to the surrounding towns, and then come back to sleep. If that's your intention, they will mention that unwritten rule AFTER THE FACT that you booked, and you can kiss your reservation money goodbye, because Booking.com will basically ignore your complaints.
In other words: this is a scam, be warned!!!!!
