What a marvellous place - full of history, culture and good taste. What a surprise, once you go through that door.

At checkin told me I had APA, the next morning I was told I didn’t have the right to it. As well it is quite appalling the fact that I went to the bar and was told by an employee that he wouldn’t serve us to go to the “bar do jardim” to have a drink. Looks like this hotel does not need business.

The view from the Terrace was Beautiful.
The view from the Terrace was Beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The Continental Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Good food served by the Restaurant, I especially enjoyed the Marinated Mushrooms dish and a Lovely Ice Cream Dessert. Great experience overall.
Thought this place looked familiar....turns out I stayed here 4 years ago!! Anyway, modern hotel in sleepy town....ideal for cyclists and bikers passing through.
Hotel is as you would expect...clean, good WiFi, comfortable. Nothing much to remark on.
Pingo Doce maybe 800m walk away for supplies.
Always good to return to this hotel. Good location in town center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and rooms are large and confortable.
