The perfect place to chill. Fantastic location; amazing views from our balcony and the pool, short & beautiful hikes right off the property. Great daily yoga classes. Good food.
Location was great. We had family on both ends of Puerto Rico and we were right in the middle. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, the a/c kept kicking off and on and was extremely loud. Kept us up half the night every night- You ought to fix that. The best part of our stay was the restaurant right around the corner to the hotel called El Tren De Carno who served us the most delicious meal we had eaten over the 2 weeks we were here. I will go back there on our next trip.
Bad bad bad!!! They rent the hotel conference room to teenager party, the sound was so loud that I could not sleep. It was so loud that furniture was vibrating was the regaton music. The front desk and manager did not take any action to help! The only solution they gave was to downgrade my room in which I could not fit my family! It was an absurd!!! The noise still over midnight!!! Totally

The hotel cancel my reservation on my honeymoon. It took forever for me to talk to the manager, the employee told me that I am lucky that she was still on deck. Showed no compassion for our situation and did nothing to help us out find another place. Just terrible experience, we had to book another place, and we found amazing service and great at the Sheraton in Old San Juan.
My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Hyatt Place Manatí. The members of the staff were very kind to us during our stay. Furthermore, everything was super clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast, specially because they have multiple options to choose from.
The place is certainly one fine hotel with good quality furnishings, a helpful staff, comfortable ambience in the rooms and lobby, easy parking in the back lot, thick plush towels, with an all-around positive experience to be had.
Had trouble finding it as it was dark and no one was around; contact person fixed that and was very helpful. Might have used the pool but it hadn’t been tended in a while. Manatí is a nice town and we enjoyed the area.
Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. I wish I had the opportunity to visit the pool but visiting family most of the time I was on the island. Have actually recommended this place to a few co-workers.
