Excellent hotel! About a 15-minute walk to the city center, a 2-minute walk to a nearby supermarket. A large and spacious room with a balcony. The room and the hotel are very clean. Rich and varied breakfast which even includes utensils for small children. The playroom is clean and well equipped. The hotel has a parking lot at a cost of 80zl per day. The Termy Zakopiańskie are next to the hotel and are at a separate cost - you can enter directly the thermal baths at the price as shown on the website or enter through the hotel at a different price, although more expensive, but there is no need to wait for payment, change clothes and walk outside especially in cold weather. It is important to take the watch at the reception to enter the baths. You can use the towels and bathrobe provided by the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind. It is highly recommended!

Room was lovely. Although it overlooked the street, the greenery opposite was beautiful. Really loved the atmosphere in the restaurant, location overlooking the garden, design, furnishings etc. Breakfast was fair. Dinner, we ate two times there.
Arrived in time for last order. However missed dessert on both occasions because of 'closed kitchen' we were told. Anyway I am not grumbling... :) less calories!!(Pauline) Please keep the standard you have because it is very good.

The location was great- very centralised but not on the main strip with amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic- so much to choose from! We took advantage of the large pool and my kids loved the small waterslides! The restaurant on the main floor was amazing!

One of the highlights of my trip was experiencing the local highlander culture. The traditional cuisine was delicious, and I loved the folk music and craft markets.

Seems like Zakopane has forgotten who pays their bills, and...
Seems like Zakopane has forgotten who pays their bills, and tourists will come anyway. Even bus drivers try to mess around with tourists. Three times they told me to get off at the wrong bus stop (too early), in one case causing me to miss the train, in another laughing because I had to walk 1km extra.
Next, people are trying to take advantage of you wherever they can, charging little extra, "forgetting" to give you change, steering you into expensive options etc. Keep that in mind.
If you can overlook unfriendly locals, the mountains are beautiful and hiking is great.

Zakopane has a lot to do in terms of hiking (when it's not totally snow covered). If you're into hiking, you can spent a week at the various parts of Tatry National Park. There are cultural events, too, though I'm not as certain as to how to find them.

Very nice mountains town with many hotels and many tourists attractions.
But is better go the outseason. 29.4. and 30.4. was great, because around 23C and sunny, clear. No wind, that was optimal weather to visit in working day, the next days from 1.5. it will be too many tourists there.
Best place to see Tatry mountains, go walk or linear train to Gubałówka (better buy ticket advance online).
There are also many attractions, views and restaurants.

What an incredibly beautiful city, with charm and excellent food and walking zones and thermal baths and the Funicular to the top with an amazing view! The people were charming and helpful! Absolutely loved Zacopane!
If the hotel declares 3/4 stars, I would give it 10. So, if you do not mind details, definitely worth coming.
If the hotel declares 5 stars and one books it because of it, one expects more.
Hotel is at perfect location with very nice architecture. Breakfast is delicious.
Receptionist perfectly helped me with ordering taxi and flower box at room was very nice.
Hotel tried their best to fix an issue with missing dinner other days.
The small hotel was very cosy and it was maticulously clean. The apartment was very comfortable with a small kitchen corner with everything one needs. The spa was perfect and very fancy. The location is 10 min. walking distance from the center of Zakopane and 10 min. walking distance from two big ski slopes. The hotel has a nice yard with BBQ areas and playground for children. It was worth the money and I will definitely come back.
We had a fantastic stay at this quiet, family-friendly hotel. The cleanliness and modern, thematic interior with wooden elements were impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks. The pool and spa area were clean, with provided towels and bathrobes adding to our comfort. We were also upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony for free, which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Apartment was very cozy, clean and spacious! The house itself is very close to one of the main Tatri mountain hiking trails. There are many shops and restaurans close by, plenty of space for a car that is secured behind locked gates. Owner is very friendly and helpful, even suggested activities for us during our stay. Will for sure come back here on our next visit to Zakopane!
I had an amazing time at Radisson Blu Zakopane! The location is stunning, with. The spa was so relaxing, and the squash court was a fun bonus. The inclusive breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The best part was the exceptional staff; they made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious Zakopane getaway. Can't wait to come back!

I can fully recommend the hotel. location is very convenient (just a two min walk from Krupowki street), staff was very nice and kind, the two restaurants in and under the hotel are among the top restaurants in Zakopane, wellness nice and cozy with a nice view and on top of that we had a beautiful apartment.
Accommodation was very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, comfy beds. Tea/coffee facilities in room with kettle. TV with remote control. Pleasant hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. Close to ski lift for beginners slope. Property located on the outskirts of the centre of Zakopane and ideal for those wishing to have more of a peaceful holiday. Would recommend.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and the decor of the hotel is beautiful. The views from the balconies were also beautiful. The breakfast was pleasant (al though some of the fruit was underripe) and the pool/spa facilities were lovely.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from centre of Zakopane. The breakfast was tasty and generous, with plenty of choice, rooms clean and well maintained. Wellness, although smaller, was clean and comfortable to use. I liked spacious bathrooms, quality of cosmetics and equipment.

In the city, just 5-10 mins walk away from main Zakopane bus station. Some buses to Tatra national park and Morskie Oki also stop just outside the hotel gate which is very convenient.
The staff was very helpful too...and the rooms were much larger than expected.
Very convenient location, with full cooking facilities, nice bed and shower. There's a small spa that is free to use, and the underground parking we got helped a lot to avoid the car from freezing. Close to literally everything in Zakopane.

Everything was great! The hotel is super stylish and we've enjoyed so much our stay there! This is the best place in Zakopane we've ever stayed so far.
We especially liked the jacuzzi and the SPA zone in general, it was just perfect.
