Made a last minute reservation, still got a message that our booking has been accepted. Check-ins till 22:00, thou in reality when we arrived around 21:40 there was no one from the staff and they also didn't pick up phone so basically we were there on our own, because no one was waiting for us. Luckily there were some super-helpful local guests who helped us to find a free room. In the morning it turned out that no payment cards or accepted although on Booking.com they have stated that Visa, MasterCard and other payment cards are accepted. You can only pay in cash in local currency. So in the morning we had to look for an ATM to be able to pay for our stay. Overall, very unpleasant service. Don't recommend.
