We liked everything. The hotel was very well maintained, seemed very new. Room and everything else was exceptionally clean. Everything that was needed was available. Loved the little features like built in vanity mirror with lights, tablet controlled everything in the room, breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice for everyone, whatever diet you might have. Staff was very helpful and free bikes was an additional bonus. If this hotel also had a pool and jacuzzi this would be the best place I have ever stayed. Well it still probably was the best place I’ve stayed 😅

A very good quality/price ratio hotel half was between the train station and the Tauron Arena. We stayed here for a night after a concert, and the price was a lot better than at the hotels closer to the Arena. The staff was nice and kind, room was clean and comfortable, and a free bottle of water was waiting for both of us. Fortunately it was not yet too hot outside and the air condition quickly made the inside temperature pleasant. Breakfast was great, there were enough tables to sit all the guests and selection/quality of the food was great too. I would return here next time too.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fact that they speak English without any problems. The hotel itself is really close to the Old Town, but also close to Kazimierz, so it's convenient to visit all the sights you know and want to see. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, in my eyes there was enough choice for all tastes (bread, vegetables, eggs, omelette, sausages, pancakes, cereals). I stayed in a single room, which is not large, but as I only went back to the room to sleep, the size of the room was enough for me (I am only writing about it in general because there were people complaining about the size of the room). The fact that the rooms are cleaned only on request (including taking out the rubbish) also suited me. No noise, although I'm a sensitive sleeper, so I'd say the soundproofing of the rooms is good. There was a small kettle in the room and it was handy to make tea. I would have liked a bigger pot, but you start to crave these things when everything else is fine :)
