It is not the prettiest building, an old border office facility. Mainly intended for truckers and transients. Conveniently located next to the highways, they offer clean rooms, quiet enough to have a good sleep. Clean showers and bathrooms.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious, nicely furnished. The kitchen was practically equipped with appliances and dishes. Everything was there to prepare simpler meals. The lady owner was very friendly, she even offered me free tea or coffee. I couldn't ask for anything better for the money.

Perfect access to amazing UNESCO Muskau Park (Park Mużkowski) - new castle, English park, old oak trees, 7+ sq km on both sides of PL/DE border - linked by pedestrian / bike bridges. As bonus: geopark with forest and picturesque lakes (former lignite mine site). Everything connected by very good bike an foot paths.
We traveled with a cat and were happy to learn the hotel has special rooms for guests with pets which are behind a seperate closed door. Our cat once slipped out of the room and thanks to the additional door didnt get far.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the location of the hotel is not far (10mins by car) from Rakotzbrücke.
The breakfast was simple and prepared especially for us. We were the only people staying there, but people were helpful. It was 9 minutes from the Devil's Bridge. We had to cancel our hotel in Dresden due to COVID. At least this way, we could still continue our trip.
Food at the Restaurant is super. Easy check in and check out. Room exactly as described. Tank Station directly next to the hotel with a small market. Comfortable room. Easy to find hotel.
Hotel is convenient with a large restaurant and a garage for bicycles. It is close to Muskau and the park. During the night is was silent though close to a main road.
