Elk is a very nice town to visit and walk around, a trip to the waterfront on the lake during the summer months is a must! It has a beautiful view but an abundance of bars on the waterfront also. Most of the bartenders and serving staff speak decent English, to get thru the language barrier for you to order a drink or food. I would recommend carrying local currency to pay for things instead of using your cards everywhere.

Elk is one of those quintessential Polish towns with a charming atmosphere, a wonderful lake and lots of great restaurants serving up tasty local dishes. Elk is not really a tourist destination as there is not much to see aside from a few nice churches but they do have scenic walking trails around the lake, large festivals including a spectacular hot-air ballon event and fireworks show. Also, the city offers many free music concerts throughout the summer.
A great ground floor apartment with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The double bed was very comfortable as was the double sofa bed. Lots of storage space for a longer stay. The apartment includes a small patio & garden with a children’s play area nearby. Secure reserved underground parking was a bonus. The owner was very helpful & amiable.
Breakfast was wonderful and fresh. Loved the pickled fish. Staff was amazing, especially Maria. Owners were very nice. View of the lake was great. Go for a walk on the trail around the lake...it's nice. Had perogis for lunch, they were amazing. Would recommend highly if staying in Ełk.
Apartment was cosy and clean with a lot of sun. The biggest advantage of the apartment is spacious and beautiful terrace on the roof. Many details in the kitchen, bathroom, and closet prepared thoughtfully for almost all possible situations.
Two-bedroom spacious guest apartment through two floors. All the necessary kitchen utensils are available for a longer stop (like on Canary Islands). Spacious and well-lit bathroom as well as the living room.
My girlfriend and I absolutely LOVED the property. The space was extremely comforting and homey. The use of space was extremely well thought out and just made you want to never leave.
