The staff were an absolute delight! Couldn't have been more helpful and charming. I came for an overnight getaway and left feeling rested and restored. Also had a delicious meal in the restaurant.

Small town with an old square surrounded by defence walls and watch towers. Good base for hiking (Śnieżnik, Szczeliniec Wielki, Jagodna), but it's recommended to have your own car. For dining I recommend the hotel castle restaurant.

The downtown is pretty interesting by the historical heritage. Also there are a lot of shops and some restaurants attending the needs of visitors. Many people speaks English helping visitors that do not speaks Polish and other kicał languages

The hotel room is very beautiful and big enough to accommodate 4 people. Everything is very clean. The owner of the hotel was very kind and friendly. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, where you can dine until 9 p.m. in the evening. It is possible to use a kettle in the room. The car can be parked in the hotel courtyard, the gates of which are closed at night. Since we arrived at the hotel late in the evening and left very early in the morning, we did not have breakfast and did not have time to look around the city.
We know this hotel from our previous stay so we decided to book it again. The staff is very kind and friendly,place is clean and sufficient. Food is first class always fresh and to a good standard,better than in some nearby restaurants. The car park is ample and free .We actually went there on business but if need be we will stay at that place again.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was pleasant to talk with them. Hotel was close to the train station where we had a train the next day. Also, the restaurant was great, good local food. Breakfast was really nice and the lady even asked if we would need anything additional.
