Very good location - near the old town, on the bank of the main river (the river view through the balcony). All services are within easy reach - boating, cafés, shops, playgrounds. The apartments had a spacious balcony with a bench and table. Free private parking. Very friendly owner of the apartment

Slightly underdeveloped, with little information available hence one has to explore and discover. Perfect for watersports, with plenty of options available (but you have to explore yourself ...). The interior of the hotel is really beautiful.
Room and all the public spaces were very clean.
Room was spacious and well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker etc.
Pool area was nice and cozy.
Staff was very friendly. Only one of the restaurant staff didn't speak English but we managed never the less.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was tasty.

A very nice city situated on 3 lakes with tour boats to take you on a nice trip on those lakes. I pretty much ate my meals at the Pensjonat Zagielek where I was staying as their restaurant serves delicious meals. They even have daily specials a few days of the week. It is an easy walk or drive to the downtown area with mostly flat ground. A very scenic city. Well marked road signs for getting back onto highways .

Not a big city, with quite a calm life, and several nice promenades near the lakes and canals. If you like water, you will be ok for swimming here, but also all possible water sports and co-called "rejsy" - every possible water transport to take a tour. you even can get a motor boat !!without!! a license, to rent for a trip on the lake.

it is a very beautiful small city, The scenery on both sides of the river is very beautiful, and the restaurants are very qualified, we tried two of them, both are very tasty. There are many swans and ducks in the river. Also we meet several tourists.

Plaza miejska and port were our best places to wander. Around.
The region is known for sailing activities, mushroom picking great walks and local beers... hence it ticked all the boxes in our book :))
It would be great to return one day with our own yacht or boat and just chill in these romance/mysterious/forestry surroundings of Augustow Lake Land...

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Beautifully located at a lake, very nice and spacy rooms, very helpful personnel and a great wellness area. Excellent food, both breakfast but also dinner in the restaurant. Can definitely recommend, would go there anytime again. Rent a kayak directly at the hotel, super easy and cheap.
We loved our stay in this hotel. Tasty food in a restaurant. Good breakfast! Friendly staff. Also children playground outside and play corner inside- just perfect! Highly recommend to stay there.
And thanks for morning coffee and sweets for take away on the road. That was very kind☺️
Very nice hotel, but furniture and tv was so old. Also when someone walked outside could hear everyone. Also i heard my neighbour. Personal was great and food also. The view on the lake was great!
Great hotel for a short stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who prepared it separately for my child.
