This hotel is marked as a 2-star property but I felt it was of higher standards. The location is perfect, as the hotel bordersn (and has access to) a small lake with a nice walking path and bars. The hotel has even a small marina where ytou can enjoy your drink by the water. The property also as I large fenced park with quite a few attractions to entertain your kids. The hotel is very nice and we will go back for sure.

Hotel was okay. Nothing wow about it but pleasant, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Lake view was okay through the trees but a bit scruffy around the grounds. Spa was very good with sauna and jacuzzi style pool. The jets were amazing. Parking was only free if you found a park on the road. Nice walks and bike rides in the area.

A very nice city situated on 3 lakes with tour boats to take you on a nice trip on those lakes. I pretty much ate my meals at the Pensjonat Zagielek where I was staying as their restaurant serves delicious meals. They even have daily specials a few days of the week. It is an easy walk or drive to the downtown area with mostly flat ground. A very scenic city. Well marked road signs for getting back onto highways .

Not a big city, with quite a calm life, and several nice promenades near the lakes and canals. If you like water, you will be ok for swimming here, but also all possible water sports and co-called "rejsy" - every possible water transport to take a tour. you even can get a motor boat !!without!! a license, to rent for a trip on the lake.

it is a very beautiful small city, The scenery on both sides of the river is very beautiful, and the restaurants are very qualified, we tried two of them, both are very tasty. There are many swans and ducks in the river. Also we meet several tourists.

Plaza miejska and port were our best places to wander. Around.
The region is known for sailing activities, mushroom picking great walks and local beers... hence it ticked all the boxes in our book :))
It would be great to return one day with our own yacht or boat and just chill in these romance/mysterious/forestry surroundings of Augustow Lake Land...

I highly recommend a restaurant called "Na widelcu" English translation "on the fork" , amazing organic cousin , great atmosphere and excellent food.
Good location on the canal near port. Convenient on-site parking. Some rooms face the water and some look at back street and at the hotel parking lot. Clean, modern and bright interior decor. Spacious rooms with big windows, which easily open for air. Abundant electric outlets for charging. Good wi-fi. Attentive staff. Overall a very relaxed and comfortable vibe in and around hotel. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel again.
After one night stay at the nicely located Hotel it was understandable why guest have given so poor ratings. The room was even worster than other guest have described: damaged, missing and uncomfortable installed furniture. At the check-in desk staff was able to speak one of the four world languages only: polish fluently. At the restaurant the same situation plus a hard reduced menu offer.
We really like to make our own meals when possible, so appreciated the kitchen, which had a comfortable sitting area as well. The room looked out on the forest of Augustow, and the house was in a beautiful area with lots of gardens and interesting old houses, so very pleasant to walk to the shops by the canal. Our hosts were very helpful and hospitable, and we felt very much at home.
What an amazing place! Everything withing walking distance, fully equipped and spacious. Quiet neighborhood, separate teracefor coffee breaks. Backyard kids friendly, additionally offered bikes with child seat to enjoy Augustow to the max. Can't be happier. Really wonderful place for family leasure, highly recommend!
Approx 10 minutes form centre of Augustow by car. Place located in quiet area. Extremely easy to get in touch with owner for any help if needed. Mountain bikes available to use any time. Hot tub as extra pay but in reasonable price. Easy to accommodate 6 adults to sleep.
I had a comfortable single room with balcony. The Hotel is located close to the lake beach and away from the bustling town centre. Staff was very friendly. The sauna house was fully equipped, including sofa, TV, and candles. Could not have wished for a better stay.
Location is a bit far from town, but this is not problem. It is located in very quiet area, lake is near, surrounding houses are hidden to the forest. Superfriendly staff and very nice rooms. Breakfast and dinner were available in nearby hotel - 3 minutes to walk.
Great location in the heart of Augustów, only a few minutes drive from the major attractions. The availability of a parking spot was great value for us. The owners were very friendly and helpful; very prompt to bring extra blankets when we asked.
Cheap and clean. The breakfast was huge. The hotel is located at the corner of a nicely Christmas decorated park. On the opposite side of the park there was a small pizzeria where the pasta we had was one of the best I've ever tasted.
The location is perfect - it's in a forest next to the lake so perfect to relax but also you can easily walk to the center of Augustow (it takes 30-40 mins);

Location is perfect for Augustow - the hotel is overlooking the canal with direct access to walking paths along the lake. Staff is very helpful and will assist in e.g. booking appointments in the medical spa. Excellent pierogis.

Hotel is very nice and looks like outside they have playground for kids. Cause I was visiting during winter did not went outside too much, but foreat and lake were just outside hotel's dinning facilities
The whole hotel is well-equipped and clean. The room is comfy. The staff responded the message in time and gave us some useful information about traveling and restaurants.
In the room was a carpet which smells very bad, we even wanted to leave a hotel in the midnight because it was not possible to sleep, but all doors of exit was closed.
The owners and staff were so kind and helpful!! The location was so beautiful and relaxing and only ten minute drive from the delightful town of Augustow.
