The room was spacious and I had enough blankets that I didn't feel cold at night and didn't need to turn on the heater. The bathroom was clean and there was a shared hot shower that I didn't use. The outdoor patio allowed me to watch the dreamy sunset over the lake, althought the water tower was a bit in my way. Breakfast and dinner were good and abundant and they catered without problems for vegan food.

Huge room, big comfy bed, heating if you need it, plenty of hot water, nice breakfast, staff speak very good English and nothing is a problem. They booked a great tour for us. There's free water refills in reception and 5 m8nutes free oxygen. Perfect location in the centre. We are staying again.

Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness, to the location, the silence and the hot shower. The lady is absolutely adorable. She speaks good French and English if your Spanish is not good and makes a good breakfast. You can leave your bag for the day upon checkout if you are going on a tour to visit the islands on lake Titicaca. If we come back to Puno, we would definitely stay there again!

Eder and Felipe are really kind and sweet. Made us feel home from day one. Also arranged perfectly pickup and drop off. My husband enjoyed a lot fishing with Eder, who took us out on the puma boat. The ride to the Uros islands with Felipe was very informative too. The room is beautiful with an amazing view on the lake. The food was tasty and abundant. I would recommend this place!
