I'd rate the facilities at 2/5, but with how helpful the owner was (5+/5), I'd put the place at 3.5/5.
Note that there is a gate, so if you need to leave early, youd need to inform owner about this, so that they open the gate.
I'd recommend the owners to stay at this apartment for 2 days themselves, to see the critical missing parts.
The town truthfully has very little going for it. It was the closest accommodation to our convention in El Espino.
Still, Coronado is just 6 kilometers away so they have everything you might need as far as shopping and restaurants. Fortaleza is very close to the main Inter Americana highway but truthfully the noise dies down at night and never bothered us at all. A good clean place, well taken care of
and with a few additions would be rated first class.
