I loved Cerro Punta! It's a great town tucked away in the mountains with a mild climate and lots of birds and other wildlife. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a small town and so there aren't many amenities, and the ones that exist aren't always consistently open.
I LIKED NOTHING. I was greeted by flies in my room and those flies literally haunted me all night and ran me out long before the check out time. I did not get value for my money. I am requesting a full refund. I even have pictures of the fly infested room, #210. I emailed Bambito Hotel's GM and reservation department.....still no acknowledgement of same.
The comfortable and beautiful room with a gorgeous view makes my days in the hotel unforgettable. Needless to say the amenities such as the gym , swimming pool , trail and garden are something that I didn’t expect.. so definitely I love this hotel .. lastly the food was really good and tasty.
Breakfast was great, great hot chocolate, they even gave us a tray to take to the room. The restaurant staff was really great. The hotel has a classic architectural design. And has a lot of great areas and spots. The gardens are well kept.
