Amazing new apartment with great interior design and size. Terrace and jacuzzi with exit to the beach. Was a pleasant surprise for a rather industrial area around. Very good dinner offer. The beach nearby is great. Very natural.

Ongoing road works made the access a trouble, but becoming the road front shortly after roadworks are done.

The road Muscat-Duqum it self is a beautiful journey! It’s nice to take some off roads paths to take a break on pristine beaches (Khaluf-nafun). You will see camels every where and sand dunes!
Duqum has a lot of nice beaches all along the city and down to ras madraka. We loved the mix of dunes and rocks. The place is still very natural and wild.

the room and toilets were very small and the price was very expensive compared to what has been offered. the most disaster thing was the front desk. at first we called the hotel asking them to change our date of arrival. they have confirmed it with the new date, once we arrive they told us they are not expecting us to arrive, I have explained to them at least two time and the checking-in took very long time. the Indian person at the front desk doesn't know anything on how to handle his job. after the checking out, we still received a call from the hotel for the same issues.
The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly and supportive.

You stay in Duqm to experience the Landspace surrounding it not the city itself. Its a developing port city in a free trade zone so no city to speak of just the hotels. Stopover location between Muscat and Salalah.
I come to Duqm during my Oman road trip.
But I had emergency there with my car battery.
Hotel manager Mr. Ahmed helped me a lot, he even brought his own jump starter to location outside the hotel to help me.
I am very grateful and impressed positively.

We stopped over on our way to Salalah. The food at the onsite restaurant was good, but a little expensive. Since we had some time to spare, we visited the Duqm rock garden. It was a unique experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The staff were courteous and helpful.
the service was amazing, all the team were helping with happiness. we lived very special minutes in the hotel specifically at the lobby. Mr Aquib, Mr Rida, The Chief, Resturant head, supermarket team and everyone treated us with care and love, thank you for everyone 🙏
Very nice staff, super big rooms with one kingsize-bed, clean, quiet atmosphere. Didnt had hot water in one of our rooms, but the other one had, so we showered in that room. Breakfast is in another hotel 2min behind the building. Breakfast was okay, not incredible.
Location was really good. Facility was good. Staff was really helpful. Manager and his team treated us really well. Traveled to 6 counties for the last 12 months and this was the best service I had from a hotel. 5 star⭐ for the team. Recommended.
We stayed one night. Ask for a room on the backside as there is some traffic on the road in front of the house. Do not follow Google and take the following exit, it is the exit to the petrol station. The hotel is then right in front of you.
Staff was good and Very co-operative. Restaurant was missing in hotel, which they informed that will start soon.
