The layout of the flat is really nice, but unfortunately the bedroom upstairs has got no wall at the front and is overlooking the seating area, which makes it uncovinient to sleep, and not safe for children.

The quality of the property was good. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable.
This hotel is located in a new construction area with some resorts. The boutique was great! A nice pool, lovely and helpful staff, extensive breakfast buffet. The private beach is just a few minutes walk. This was our last stay from our roundtrip through Oman. We enjoyed the club party on our last night at the beach side. A perfect place for relaxation too.

Breakfast, pool, marina, location, etc has been great. I really do not understand some low scores for breakfast and value for money here. The hotel was not expensive and breakfast was very good.
