Ome of the best stay in Oman,
The simple tent without airconditioning was nice and not too hot (at least at night) even in mid may.
The staff was extremely friendly and kind and a pleasure to talk to.
Location is magic the sunset on the top of the dune close by is spectacular and the stars at night are so many …
Really good dinner and breakfast
I would be back anytime!

Our experience at Safari Glamping was really amazing. We tried a lot of delicious traditional food, rented quad bike from a nearby camp, which is owned by the same person, and he invited us for a dinner at this bigger camp, where we had the opportunity to speak with him about his life as a beduin. The host in our camp was really nice and helpful, prepared fire and a really good food for us and as we were lucky to be alone there, we had a chance to speak with him. The room was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We drove to the camp by our 4WD car and it was simple and without any problem. You just need to have your tires deflated beforehand.
100% recommended experience worth the money.

The location , the ideas of the dooms and using solar power in the camp.
Our stay at Homex4 was wonderful. The accommodation was spacious, clean & tidy, as well as well situated. Our hosts met us when we arrived and were able to make sure we made it to the top of the sand dunes to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. We had a lovely, homely welcome to the dinner - where we had some homemade barbecue, fresh vegetables and delicious local biryani made by our hosts and spent the evening looking at the stars ( you can also stay in the camp overnight, where the dinner was held ). In the morning our hosts also brought us to see the sunset on the dunes, followed by a lovely breakfast and a camel ride. It was a truly wonderful experience, made more special by our wonderful hosts and their hospitality. Would recommend any time!

The camp was really remote and we drove our own 4x4 to get there. Coffee and dates on arrival seated in a tent with the other visitors - 5 of us in total. We then climbed a large dune to watch the sunset. The evening meal was served in a different tent, again seated on the floor and just for the 5 of us. The food was good. After our meal the team lit a campfire for us and we sat on the ground outside around the fire looking up at the fantastic display of stars. Our tent was adequate with a double bed and we were pleased that we had brought extra clothes to sleep in because it got cold. Up at sunrise with nothing other than a herd of camels anywhere in sight. That was truly back to nature. If you don`t want to be in a "hotel style camp" with those facilities then this is the place for you.
