Zouteland is just your basic run of the mill seacoast town.
Zouteland is just your basic run of the mill seacoast town. There's some touristy shops, your typical fish'n'chips shops and a few actual nice restaurants. Everything is very geared towards tourists and people in holiday homes. It doesn't feel as if there's a lot really authentic about it anymore. We were there in november and it looks as if 70% of all houses were empty, lots of stores closed etc. Having said that: it's a basic and nice little town. There's enought parking spaces, the people are friendly and the Noordzee+beach is always nearby!
The apartment is very cosy and pretty, clean and well equipped. Beach, hiking/cycling trails, city centre and supermarkets are within walking distance. A parking space is available and I could store my bike in the hosts’ garden. Communication with the hosts was very pleasant, they are very helpful, responsive and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place. The apartment is tiny, so it is perfect for one person, but even for two persons totally fine. Would book again for sure. Thank you!
Very quite and relaxing location.
Perfect clean, very well equipped - fridge, coffee machine, boiled eggs maker, dishes and kitchenware, the hosting couple do there best to make your stay comfortable.
The beach is in a short walking distance (not seen from the room).

The location is perfect. Breakfast superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Single Room with lovely tiny balcony with table and chair. Plenty of storage space. Elevator. Very quiet. Dog friendly. I've been coming to Zoutelande since I was 5, first time I stayed in this hotel. Will definitely come again!

Hospitality & flexibility are key at het Verschil- the owners really try to make you feel at home, I can strongly recommend this place, especially if you do not like the one in a dozen main stream hotels! As close to the beach as you can get with a fresh, varied breakfast.
Pretty much everything thing about this place was great. The breakfast was so good. Lots to choose from. Location was very close to everything. Room came with a fridge, that I was pretty happy about. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Zoutelande again.
Willem is a very lovely free standing house with everything you need. The proximity to the beach makes it a perfect vacation home. The property provided 2 bikes. Shopping is nearby and the main street of Zoutelande is a 15 minute walk away.
The location at walk distance from Zoutelande centre. Free parking at the facility. Breakfast could be ordered by an app and collected the next morning. The facility is good located to visit cities (Vlissingen, Middelburg etc)
The hotel is well located, just 2 min from the beach, close to the town but in the countryside so very quiet. The breakfast is really good and there was a kettle and Nespresso machine + caps in the room.

All good for a single or couple, maybe even with a small kid. I was there the second time and probably not the last time. Very good place to stay in Zoutelande!
The breakfast was great. The staff was very nice. Really nice shampoo & shower gel! Overall, it was very comfortable. Access to the beach was very convenient.
The lodge was spacious, clean, close to the beach and the supermarket. The playgrounds are lovely. The best accommodations we have had in Zeeland so far.
