Generally speaking, we like everything about Hotel Kaap West, Westkapelle (building, location, rooms, staff, cleanliness, restaurant, parking...), but, without any doubt, one of the highlights is the generous breakfast that made it even easier for us to get up in the morning.
For more than 30 years, we used to book a different hotel for every vacation trip, never going back to the same hotel. Hotel Kaap West is our first exception : we booked it again !

Westkapelle was great less crowded than expected which made it easy to visit attractions. Plenty of beach space and free parking all over the town. Great walking pads and bicycle routes. Clean beaches with free toilets and storage facilities.
Good location close to the see. We stayed in the top floor apartment, very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Edward and Vilma gave us a warm welcome and detailed information on what we could do in the area and where the best restaurants where. Very much enjoyed the tour around Westkapelle with Edward. He's a great narrator and we learned a lot about the history of the area. Thanks so much!
Really good hotel with excellent breakfast. For us spoilt by the boutique room as it was very small. No easy access to plugging in a small kettle. Hands and knees with kettle on the floor. Same for coffee machine.

The room (107) was spotless and cosy with Fridge, Nespresso machine and tea facilities. The entire hotel is nicely decorated and staff really very very kind. Breakfast luxurious and just perfect. Also very good bicycles for rent. Would we stay there again? That’s a BIG YES! Without a doubt!
Hotel is little diamond : not too many people, at the great location : enough quiet, and stuff is the best value of the hotel : we had a feeling we are royals :) From the moment we entered, it was a feeling like we are home :) Many thanks to all.
The location to the beach is awesome. The restaurant in the hotel is also good. The hotel is well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd time to stay in the hotel and would definitely come back.
Third visit to this hotel - the location over the dunes from the beach is exceptional. Family rooms are practical when travelling with kids. Pool is nice (but not heated!). We love the beach cafe.
