Staff really pushed the rating to a 10. Wife liked the tech (ipad) controls in the room. Loved the digital/mechanically controlled blackout shades! After travel delays, it was great to have 24 hour check in. Also greatly appreciated having such easy access to a room for ironing- having properly pressed clothing when traveling makes a lot of difference.

Great quiet location in lovely area. Nice trolley ride to attractions in center city. A big plus having Albert Hign grocery store across the street. Room was great and bed really comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. Front desk staff are marvelous answering all our questions navigating the city and local restaurants. Great value

The location was great, close to the centraal station and the attractions. We liked the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was super helpful to be able to leave the bags there before check-in & after checkout due to when we got into the city/left.
