If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for one night, this is probably not the place for you, unless you have business at Teuge Airport. If you are looking to spend a romantic time with your loved one and/or you are an aviation enthusiast, this is the perfect place for you. Make sure have plenty of time, or best spend 2 nights, in order to enjoy all the amenities of this one of a kind 'hotel'!
Marjan is the perfect host. She even
brought my breakfast in the evening (for the fridge), because I had an early start the next day for a flight out of AMS. Unfortunately I was alone on a business trip with not nearly enough time. I will definitely return, with more time and in company. Note: Traffic between Amsterdam and Teuge between 7.00 and 9.00 and between 15.00 and 18.00 is crazy so plan accordingly. You definitely need a car. There are plenty of car rentals available at AMS Airport.
There is a restaurant for dinner called 'Take Off' at Teuge Airport that can also easily reached on foot.
De Slaapfabriek vakantiehuis en trainingslocatie offers unique accommodation in Teuge. The peaceful setting and the special rooms will make your stay a unique experience. Benefit from free Wi-Fi.

The location, on an airfield is perfect for me. Also had a good chat with the owner. Who was great.

It's a beautiful old townhouse on a lovely square dominated by the church, small, freindly bars, restaurants and a gelato cafe. The town is equally delightful and a short walk. The hotel and staff were lovely. The served breakfast was fresh, with lovely ingredients. Pity it was only a stopover stay, would love to try the restaurant. Very convenient if visiting Thermen Bussloo and don't want to stay at the Thermen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the unique and extraordinary converted airplane hotel room, and I must say it exceeded all expectations, offering a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
The attention to detail in transforming an airplane into a cozy and stylish living space was impressive. From the aviation-themed decor to the clever utilization of space, every aspect contributed to an immersive and memorable stay.
The room was surprisingly spacious, with comfortable seating, a well-designed sleeping area, and panoramic windows that provided breathtaking views. The authenticity of the airplane ambiance, coupled with the modern amenities seamlessly integrated, created a perfect blend of nostalgia and contemporary comfort.
The attention to cleanliness and maintenance was commendable, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment. The novelty of sleeping in a converted airplane added a touch of adventure to the entire experience, making it ideal for travelers seeking something beyond the ordinary.
The staff was friendly, accommodating, and clearly passionate about offering guests a unique and enjoyable stay. Their commitment to ensuring a seamless experience added an extra layer of satisfaction to my visit.
