Plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful, and it is nice to have someone there to assist with checking in. A lift to the upper floors and a gym available to all guests. Also a restaurant at the hotel. We didn't eat at the restaurant so we can't rate it, but it's good to know there is one there if needed.
The 4-star The Rosendale is situated in front of the Roosendaal railway station, in between Rotterdam and Antwerp, in between Amsterdam and Brussels and in between Vlissingen and 's-Hertogenbosch.

This is not really a tourist town, but is nice to shop and is close to interesting places. We stayed there as it was a convenient location for a function we had planned to visit, but to our suprise the hotel we booked, far from being a simple accomodation, as with other hotels in town, this was a gem in the centre right next to the main square where the winter ice rink was. The only thing to remember, is that there are very few ATMs in town, notably two. Both are in the same junction on the edge of town and with the town booklet map, finding them is not too easy, so just ask for where the ING bank is, a 7 minute walk turned into an hour for us..
The apartment was a wonderful stay, better than I could've hoped for! The apartment interior was beautiful and very tidy and clean! The beds and couch were super comfortable and the shower was lovely to use! The terraces were very nice too despite not using them much. The location was perfect and a very short walk to the train/bus stations, and Suus was a delightful host to stay with and helped us with any questions!
Perfect stay- very clean newly rennovated (or recently built) hotel, spacious rooms, all appliances in perfect condition, noise-free ventilation, details-oriented design, polite and attentive staff, nice location in a quiet place next to the lake. Wellness options making the experience complete.
Beds were comfortable. Staff when interacting were friendly. in the hotel across the road.
Great location near the train station and still quiet. Only a 10-15min talk into the centre.
The Hotel itself is clean, well presented and the staff are helpful. The room adequate in size, great shower. All what would be expected from a 3 star hotel
