I had a very mixed impression of this hotel. Our room was on the third floor and looked comfortable, but small details spoiled this comfort. The curtain was lying on the floor, there were pieces of furniture in the drawers. The mattress was so soft and thin that my leg was constantly cramping. It was terribly stuffy in the room, I woke up wet. I wanted to open the window, but there was no mosquito net on the window. The hotel is located in a quiet place, but in the morning with the windows closed we could hear road works that were going on on the next street. Plus, the sound of closing doors was very loud. The maid cleaned every day, changed the towels, put a lot of sugar, cream, coffee ... but did not put glasses. It is difficult to rate the hotel. It seems to have everything there to spend time comfortably, but some little things and imperfections spoil the impression. I really liked the big TV in the yard for watching football

Fantastic value for money!
We arrived way earlier than we’re supposed to but that was no problem for Harry (the front office man!), he checked us in anyway which was extremely helpful!! Room was small but very comfortable!

The duvet and pillows were perfect. Nice hot shower. Quiet neighbourhood, but close to a walking street with shops and cafés. Close to trams with easy access to Delft and Den Haag.

The only good thing was the receptionist had spoken English & tried to guide me to the property.
Disliked · I paid for the room online over the Booking.com. The pictures of the property on the website were neat & looked tidy!
But as i have arrived it was exact the opposite!
The receptionist had to guide me to the property on the phone as at the time major renovation was in progress & scaffolding were placed in front of the property, which made it difficult to locate.
The area where the hotel is based, looked rough, the carpets in the lobby were stinky & to finish the experience off, my room has been already sold to someone else, even though I have paid for it online!
I got a cash refund & went out upset, as i driven for 3 days & was desperate to rest & now I was left to look for a room to sleep, last minute prices & availability in a city late night are a challenge for a tired traveller!
Very Disappointing!
Great location, tram/bus/train 2 mins down the road. Staff very helpful and explained how to use the tram - we purchased day passes onboard for 8 euros each. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Need to take own shampoo. Powdered milk provided but we purchased fresh from the supermarket 10 mins walk away, fridge in the room. Visiting for the Park Run in Zuiderpark - 2 mile walk from the hotel - perfect warm up. Parking behind the hotel, 9 euros a day.
The check-in was smooth. The staff were helpful whenever I had a question or asked for assistance. The room was quite spacious. I paid just under 200 Euros for a three-night stay for two people. This was a better price per person per night than hostels in Den Haag or Rotterdam. It is very easy to get to Den Haag or Delft by train from Rijswijk. The hot water supply was good and the water pressure was good. The beds were comfortable enough.

It is a pretty cute and cool location with a small nearby shopping street incl. grocery store, pubs, and a couple restaurants. The apartment was very nice with natural light, full kitchen, plants, and lots of space. Felt more like being home than a hotel or B&B. Staff was very friendly and how to say : it was overall very private (no one really there).

The hotel is really nice, situated in the middle of a park. Hotel has a big cosy patio with a nice restaurant. Beds are very comfortable. Stuff is very nice and helpfull.
Breakfast costs 9.5euro, but I didn't use this option, so no opinin about it.
The staff was friendly and responded to all of our questions and needs. Breakfast was yummy and fresh, lovely with the omelette station. Our baby even got a gift from the staff, so so lovely of them! Room cleaned every day. Thank you!!

Comfy beds (but low), nice enough hotel that ticks all the boxes. Extensive breakfast (but expensive!), free drink during the stay for registered guests, and good service during breakfast to get an egg

Friendly Host very clean convenient for visiting The Hague. Ideal for walking as there is a country park nearby and Rijswijk itself has several restaurants in the old centre.
The room is very spacious and has all the facilities you can ask for, also a fridge which a lot of hotel do not have. The beds are very comfortable and overall clean.
