The bed was comfortable. The place was clean though shabby looking. Team and coffee making facilities were adequate. The shower water was hot but a fairly small tank so the second of our shower after our cycle there, started to run cold.

Wonderful and peaceful location at only 10 minutes cycling from Leiden train station. I also had the opportunity to visit the Oud Poelgeest castle and the garden during Open Monumentendag. The breakfast was very nice including vegan and lactose free options.
Hotel Mayflower is located downtown in one of the best locations in Leiden.

The staff were Very welcoming, The hotel is very central around 8 mins walk from train station
They were very helpful (we had a delayed flight we kept in contact via booking.com and we were able to check in after check in closed) of which we really apprieciated Thank you so much.

We don't need anything except bed, bath and coffee in the morning. And friendly stuff, what we all got. Location was perfect for us, prety close to daughter's apartment. Bonus-we can watch SLO TV :)

Historical Dutch canal house, recently modernised.
Large comfortable beds.
Friendly, helpful staff. The lock on our door broke but it was fixed very quickly.
