The staff were exceptional, really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything we needed fir a long weekend stay. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town with lots of pubs & restaurants within walking distance. There is also a large, free, carpark to the rear of the hotel.
In the woods between Groesbeek and Mook, in a close distance of the Mookerheide, you find Herberg Restaurant 't Zwaantje. For more than hundred years this accommodation is run by family Meeussen.

The location is absolutely wonderful. Unlike most of the Netherlands which is mostly flat, here you have a great view overlooking the small valley and part of the village of Groesbeek all in the middle of the rolling green countryside and big trees in the forest. Breakfast and dinner were very good, a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

We spent a night at Het Veerhuis during our Pieterpad hiking excursion and this felt like paradise! The hotel has beautiful rooms, all decorated with taste, very clean and with such a charming view on the river and the nature around. The terrace has a very nice atmosphere to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The staff was also very smiley, caring and professional, offering to arrange a lunch box or to open their medicine cabinet to help us with small injuries. Food at the restaurant was very good

Breakfast and dinner at the Hotel was superb. Comfortable room and ideal position for our visit to Reichswald War Cemetery. The Owners/Chef was very friendly, the food was great and we could not have stayed at a better place.
