Good variety at breakfast, clean rooms, manager was very helpful when they double charged me. However they double charged me, didn't respond to any contact prior to the stay regarding the attempts to double charge me.

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard, great breakfast and dinner. Well located for visiting Keukenhof.
Leiden ibis lies right next to the Central Station and just 300 metres from the historical Leiden centre city and 10 km from Keukenhof.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location by the station was a big plus. It allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go without using taxis/Uber.
The rooms were kept clean and housekeeping was good. My room was at the back so not much of a view. My travelling friends were higher up at the front, a better room than mine.
Staff were all helpful, professional and friendly.
The hotel was quiet and the public areas kept clean and tidy.
Located on the edge of Noordwijkerhout, this conference hotel features 4 restaurants, 3 bars and a terrace. Keukenhof can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

A Leiden local recommended this charming, centrally located hotel to us. Once military barracks, the hotel has a lovely garden and a neighbourly feel - even though all the sights of the town are easily walkable. The staff are friendly, helpful and provide plenty of tips for tourists.
I liked the surrounding areas but it was heavy rains.
I liked the surrounding areas but it was heavy rains. Couldn't walk around. Very sad. The check in staff are friendly and helpful. Service oriented and professional. The bed was clean and comfortable. Smart TV. I can watch my Chinese drama on YouTube. The breakfast was okay. The dinner was 3-5 courses meals and no à la carte menu. A bit disappointing. Overall it is a beautiful hotel. It's nice for those who enjoy nature, hiking and walking.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel to stay,...
If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel to stay, this hotel is excellent.
In my opinion the room i was in was small and for me, it was too small for 2 people.
The service staff we dealt with over 18, 19 & 20 October were helpful and tried their best to address any concerns raised.

Oesgstgeest is a great place to stay if you are looking to visit Leiden, The Hague and Utrecht. To be honest I don't know much about the town itself, which is more like a suburban neighbourhood between Leiden and Utrecht than an actual travel destination.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the castle.
We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the castle. The castle itself and most of the grounds were beautiful and well kept, no complaints there. However, the accommodation is another story. The room itself was nicely appointed but very small, there was absolutely no ventilation other than 1 window which opened a short way, no air-conditioning or extractor fan in the bathroom or toilet. On the day of the wedding it was 30degC. The room was serviced daily, that was fine but the milk/coffee/tea was not replenished in the 5 days we stayed so ran out after day one, requests for more fell on deaf ears. There was a door to the garden area where you could sit, however the grounds around here were unweeded and scruffy and littered, so not pleasant. There were a couple of times we asked reception for assistance, all very helpful at the time, but the assistance never eventuated. Seems they are more concerned with the functions and the accommodation is just an add on secondary service. The food in the restaurant was okay, nothing special. The outside eating area could have done with a good tidy up too. Really disappointed and wished we hadn't been stuck there for so long.
The name Hilton mislead my expectation, which mean I was expecting a higher standard hotel.
Staff are friendly but the rooms are not to the expectation of a four star hotel.
I would recommend 3 star max, for the price and you have got to pay for parking, city tax, etc all extra charges. Not worth the money will not recommend to a friend at all.
Friendly, courteous staff, service above and beyond expectations. Food is very good, availability of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner very nice for travelers, excellent tap water. Hotel location is great--near stores that carry necessities, easy access to public transportation. Very good value for room rates.
The hotel is by the "castle," at a quiet setting with lots of greenery. The staff were thoughtful and helpful -- especially in trying to accommodate my dietary needs at the accompanying restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were cleaned impeccably, and were very comfortable.
I loved the room on the hotel's quiet side, the unlimited access to the coffee machine and teas, and free fruits. Two hotel staff members, Frisline and Erika, were personable and helpful. I had a bike with me, and appreciated the hotel providing an indoor space to store it overnight.
We loved Villa Beukenhof! The gardens are stunning. We were in the Dubai room. Our friends had the Paris room. Both our beds were very comfortable. And the bathrooms were spacious and wonderful. I would definitely book again if traveling this area.
The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location with a lovely park to walk in; it has 5-star potential. The woman we checked in with (evening shift) was amiable and very accommodating; kudos to her!
Very nice, open and helpful stuff. Fsantastic crew. Surprisingly good restaurant for the dinner time. Large, free parking also makes it an exeptional hotel in Holand. One of the best I've beet to.
I had a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but still with in a walking distance to Leiden Centraal.
The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The hotel has a nice location with a Jumbo closeby and a big parking lot outside where you can park for free. I would definitely go back.
The place is impecable in a beautiful forest Easy to find, very good parking, lovely staff.
Rooms are 3 stars, also breakfast, but excelent. They even underrate the hotel
People in the hotel are perfect and super kind! They even helped us to organize some gift that we couldn't pick up due to arrival time and that was awesome!
