Very basic breakfast, not much of variety. The room was spacious but the balcony was closed due the renovation. The room was cold due the strong and loud air conditioning that could not be turned off. The food in the restaurant was ok

I was in the area for work in Emmen. The place was easy to find. The owners both friendly and helpful. The room exceptionally clean. A 2 star rating, deserving of a higher star rating. Good offroad secure parking in a quite calm location. Breakfast was available a little earlier than they would normally do.
