The house is located within a forest and the area was marvelous. The property was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. They have taken care of every small details (coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets etc). The only thing which was not a problem for us staying for only 3 nights was that the house was really tiny.

Good vibes hotel.
The owner are super nice and courteous. They gave us recommendations for nice places in town and top restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was rich and really delicious. We have been there for three nights and it was a perfect short trip.

I spent most of my time cycling in the surrounding areas. If you enjoy walking and cycling, a visit to the Oisterwijksebossen and Vennen is a must, plus a visit to the nature reserve area called Kampina. There is also a nice small castle in Boxtel which I enjoyed seeing.
What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at Het Ockhuis. We will definitely return for another stay in the near future.
The hosts, Lenneke and Jan, was very friendly, kind and really helpful. They went the extra mile!
A special little town to visit. Het Ockhuis is walking distance to all Moergestel's Shops, Restaurants ect. and you can borrow bikes from Het Ockhuis (on request) if you want to journey a bit further.
