I liked the decoration a lot. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. We rented some bikes from the hotel and that was very convenient. We also had some cocktails which were great.

It's really in the city center at the canals. The entrance is in a lovely building. The location is superb. Breakfast was fine. The weather was nice.

Nice convenient suburb if the Hague. Easy access to motorways to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the hague. Leidschendam has a nice atmosphere with many cafes and restaurants. Mall of the Netherlands within a 10 min drive with all the shopping and food choices that you could ask for

Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go...
Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go much further as nearby facilities met our needs. The shopping centre next door had good shopping and eating options for all tastes, including our Vegan daughter. We ate at the local Italian 100m from the hotel and were very happy with their service, again our dietary needs were met by friendly helpful staff.

The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and had good views. The staff was helpful and educated. Exceeded my expectations! Keep it up! Mall across the street, greenery on the other side, and various restaurants close by. Transport by tram in close distance. It stops at the train station too in a few minutes.
The hotel is located near the 'Mall of the Netherlands', causing it that the parking can be pretty busy. But there is always place to park the car, and it's for free. Did not use the restaurant in the hotel but the neighbouring ones. Lots of choices. Rooms have been renovated not so long ago. The outside doesn't give the same impression as the rather nice and modern interior of the rooms. The hotel is actually one of the better ones for a attractive price.
I have stayed quite a few times in this hotel and will come back again. It's not a pretty hotel from the outside, but it has been renovated some 1,5-2 years ago (I guess) and the rooms look actually very good for the value of the hotel. Good (but rather small) bathroom, clean rooms and corridors, and - bit subjective - very good comfy beds. I really appreciate the effort the staff makes to make the stay pleasant. I did not use the restaurant this time.
I was really happy about location, it's perfect. But if you are coming with a buggy, rolstoel or scootmobiel you should know that tram and metro station are really near by but not adopted.
The hotel looks nice and stylish. Apartments looks stylish and have everything you need (except soap in toilet, to wash hands you need to go to the kitchen or bathroom).
The room for 3 is really tiny, just be ready for this.
I loved my stay at your hotel ! I was there for a week with my friend ,to visit my family who live in the Netherlands, and I felt everyone in hotel were friendly!! Especially your barmanager/ restaurant 0nna & Selina they made our visit little more special they helpful, and curtsis, I would definitely visit again .thank you to all your staff for looking after me .
Good connection to the highway & local traffic (trams 2, 6 to the city centre). Albert Heijn supermarket 100 m away, open even on Sundays (get ready to pay with cash only as they accept only NL bank cards).

Lovely apartment with everything you need, including washing machine. coffee pods and washing detergent supplied which was great. A short walk to the train station and about 1km to main Leidschendam village with fantastic cafes and shops
everything is just perfect. from my experience it’s better then staying in a hotel it cost kind a same. Room have everything what we need. I like it. I had comfortable stay.
