Anja was very responsive and helpful, even though we did not like the size of the tiny house, it was very inventive and there was a lot of thought put into the use of space.The outdoor space was very nice. Anja and the handyman were very friendly.

We had a comfortable stay, the house is very well furnished. All the rooms are big. The kitchen has very good appliances for those who like to cook, the only thing that was missing was the microwave. I would recommend staying here.

Kerkrade is a very nice town in the south of the Netherlands. We visited nearby places like Heerlen and Vaals and we visited the Botanic Garden in Kerkrade. Of course we needed to buy the local cake: Vlaai. Especially the Cherry Vlaai was superb!

Good location with good access to the countryside nearby. Several good restaurants in Kerkrade including Restaurant Felice. Two supermarkets are just 8 minutes drive away, very useful when self-catering.
Location was good, lots of restaurants and shops around. There was even a bowling/billiard/arcade place for some entertainment. Hotel is located beside a football stadium. There was no game when I was there, but maybe noise or too many people could be a problem on game days. Hotel is located near the Autobahn exit, so getting to the hotel is very easy. Breakfast was basic. The hotel operates its own restaurant, but I did not eat there. For an overnight stay while on business trip, hotel is ok.
The hotel is very cozy. Rooms are large and comfortably furnished. The sanitary ware in the bathrooms is new. In-room coffeemakers are available and coffee is refilled every day. Room 62 has a sunny balcony. Room 61 has 2 sinks. Room 57 has a very large extra floor, 2 TVs and comfortable chairs and sofas. Breakfast was good and adequate. The hotel restaurant is in a separate - beautiful and historical - house. Make a restaurant reservation upon arrival or even before this.
Shower and beds are excellent. The host is kind and welcoming. Free and easy street side parking. Kerkrade is a good base if you want to explore the hills of Limburg and is well connected by car and public transport to Maastricht, Heerlen and Aachen. The price is very competitive and made us appreciate our stay even though the accommodation was not exactly what we had expected.
Our reservation booking was easy. The location and grounds are beautiful. Parking is free in a huge lot a short walk from the hotel. The front desk employees are friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy. Bed was comfortable. Water was very hot for shower. Breakfast was exceptional with many choices and great coffee. The chapel is beyond beautiful!!
Booked the hotel last minute, unfortunately I arrived late. Very beautiful suggestive Abbey. Felt like stepping back in time to Italy. The girl who welcomed me was very kind and hospitable. I will definitely come back in the future for learn more about the history and the beauty of that place
The experience of sleeping in an old Abby, the building is kept in a very good condition, the basement is particularly has a good atmosphere. In just 15 minutes walk you are in Kerkrade (NL) or Herzogenrath(DE). The surrounding is very beautiful
Middle Age Castle looks so cool and fancy. And the prise is affordable. Park place is big enough. Wandering in the castle and the park outside is a very great experience, which is not possible at city hotels.
The room was very cheap and very clean. I was worried that I would be closed out because I would return late, but they still opened the door for me. Great hotel! And it looks like a very luxurious castle.

My room at the hotel was great! Just what I needed after a long day! It was spacious and nice to get my rest! Enough room to relax and enjoy a quite relax evening and night.
