The bed was clean at least, and the staff were pretty nice, for what it's worth. There's a way to get inside even after hours, which is nice.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location by the station was a big plus. It allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go without using taxis/Uber.
The rooms were kept clean and housekeeping was good. My room was at the back so not much of a view. My travelling friends were higher up at the front, a better room than mine.
Staff were all helpful, professional and friendly.
The hotel was quiet and the public areas kept clean and tidy.

Good variety at breakfast, clean rooms, manager was very helpful when they double charged me. However they double charged me, didn't respond to any contact prior to the stay regarding the attempts to double charge me.

I lived in a two-room separate apartment which had two different entrances. I myself made my meals. Ja It's too easy to travel about the city!!! I would avoid the taxi from airport it's too expensive. Just take bus 90.

A very peaceful beach town with several great restaurants and cafés with amazing view of beach or a calm and collected view of the village. The whole place is clean, well-managed, safe, and peaceful. Although it is not a big city, it has all the things from groceries and bars to clothing shops and dessert cafés. A walk along the beach will help you experience the bliss that is life.

Katwijk is beautiful..... end of. This is a delightful little town which is 100% Dutch through and through. I hardly heard any English voices during our holiday which was really quite refreshing. The town does not suffer from over-tourism. Menus for restaurants, coffee shops, signs, notices are all in Dutch with no other language... and rightly so. You needed to ask for an English menu which was more-than-happily provided. The Hotel Noordzee has a fantastic location.... right next to the beach and right in the town centre. There is a baker shop called Bakker Van Maanen... which could be possibly the best bakers in the whole world. I bought bread from them on the last day (freshly made) to bring home with me. It was absolutely amazing.
So yes, I will hugely recommend Katwijk.
Go to Holland, .... get away from Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, they're all the same. Holland through and through for me :-)

The first night we ate in the hotel and the food was very good.
Beautiful clean sandy beach.
We visited the model village of Holland which was very good, with great inter activities.
Sleeping by Van Beelen is only a block from the beach, the bus stop, and the main shopping drag. The room and shared bath were clean and up to date. The room was warm in during my winter stay. The bed was comfortable and the window was good for both weather and sound insulation. A hot water kettle and a few tea & coffee sachets, and cup is in room, as is a sink for water. The Wi-Fi worked well.
I can't comment on the hotel, I stayed in the little holiday home. It is towards the back and has no view or garden, but the beachfront is just a few meters away.
It is a cute little house where I felt quite comfortable. It is clean and well equipped. The
owner is very friendly and helpful.
ESTEC is in walking distance and it is also a perfect base for cycling.
The rooms are very clean and where equal our expectations. De service is very kind an helpful. In the evening we stayed there also for Dinner ,It was delicious. The breakfast was enough and delightful. The hotel is in the centre of Katwijk and nearby the parking Boulevard with is very clean and 50 meters from the sea.
It is a great location, very close to the beach and a lot of great things to do and explore are easily reached. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Cozy and clean apartment with a nice view across the neighbourhood and towards the beach, and the apartment is equipped with everything we needed. Warmly recommend it!
Small place yet very convenient to the center of this small town. You are right at 1min walk to the beaches and walkways to shops and restaurants. At the see its know that car parking is difficult, at 10min walking distance from the apartment its for free. Clean and big enough for 2 persons. Good potential.
It’s very good placement - close to the city centre and beach. The room was very nice and clean - though I would recommend to add more pillows and a bedcover/ blanket. It would also be nice to turn up the heat in the bathroom as it was freezing in there!
Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely location. For anyone who loves whiskey and the beach and doesn't want to be smack in the middle of an otherwise busy town. This is an excellent and cozy stay. Clean and well put together breakfast.
Stylish interior, modern apartment furnished with everything you need, plenty of space. The apartment is located perfectly: very close to the beach and all shops in walking distance. Last but not least: great hosts.
Comfortable beds, very good breakfast (which starts at 8 am), great location very close to the beach. We arrived late and found our keys with an explanation letter in a locked box, which was very convenient.
Great bungalows! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. The grounds are nicely kept and the pool is small, but nice.
The location is perfect. Right by the beach and parking is easily done underneath the beach.
Breakfast was great. I asked for gluten-free bread and got very nice bread the next morning.
