Cabin was tidy, spacious and clean. The children enjoyed the pool. We liked the natural surroundings. The cabin was good value for money. The location was great - only a few stops from Rotterdam by train (after a 20 minute walk to the station) and there are plenty of nice towns (such as Gouda) nearby to explore.

Breakfast was lovely, a nice selection of things, coffee and orange juice smashing. Michelin restaurant booking was made last minute and they kindly fitted us in; the experience was divine, a lovely treat for my husband’s birthday. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Buffet Breakfast is included and way more than a simple continental breakfast. Hot Bacon, tomatoes and scrambled egg also provided. Truly excellent selection of food. All self service. No problem with that.
Standard room is a really good size. Decent tv, tea and coffee. Beds are comfortable. The price is really reasonable compared to the surrounding area.
Theetuin Onder de Pannen in Lekkerkerk features accommodation with free bikes and a garden. This bed and breakfast offers a terrace. The accommodation provides free WiFi throughout the property.

Lovely quiet place just across the river from the UNESCO site.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bike in their garage building.
You can get a ferry across about 2.5km away to the site (€1). From the other side you can also get a water bus to the centre of Rotterdam too
