Staff were lovely. They arranged to charge my mobile phone, but a connection in my room would have been better. The breakfast options were very good and the staff member most helpful when I couldn't work the coffee machine. Could do with less lumpy pillows and the shower head fell off onto me once. Very close to trains and buses so I was able to get to my seminar venue in Baarn very easily.

We used Hilversum as a base to visit relatives throughout the country.
The accommodations are half the price of the Holiday Inn at the train station in Amsterdam with a much bigger suite and a good kitchen. We rented a car at the airport which worked out well. There was free parking everywhere outside Amsterdam. Hilversum is filled with good restaurants and is a beautiful smaller city.

I'm my booking I asked for a single double bed but the hotel told me booking.com did not inform then so I had 2 single bed which I did not like . So I dad to downgrade my room to get a bed that I like without any refund.

It is very calm even though it has a big variety of restaurants, bars, cafés. Also it has a mall with brands like Primark, Zara, H&M and a big cinema close by.

Lots of restaurants and shops. Good location for travel to Amsterdam. Only 20 mins on the train. Could do with more of the restaurants having their menus with English translation as this caused us a few problems .looking forward to going back
The apartment was very clean very big had everything you could want for a nice relaxing stay I would recommend Darleys to anyone visiting Hilversum the apartment was also very central to all amenities just 3min to the train station. the shops and restaurants are basically at your door step, the location is still very quiet which was lovely , Marielise the host was very lovely and helpful
Comfortable, well-equipped studio. Quiet neighborhood, 20 mins walk to the city center, 6 mins walk to the nearest railway station (Hilversum Sportpark), and a supermarket (Albert Heijn), 4 mins walk from the complex.
Ample car and bicycle parking is available. In the basement is a central set of washing machines and dryers, which can be used for 3 euros per wash or drying.
The hosts were very accommodating of our changed needs. I originally booked to stay with my husband, but he ended up travelling with our teenage daughter instead. They assisted by arranging an air mattress and a screen to cover the bathroom area.
The apartment was a great location for our needs with everything we needed. We didn't end up using the kitchenette though.
The breakfast was very repetitive . But the staff were so incredibly charming and friendly and helpful .
I thought it was harsh that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Particularly as the hotel, while beautifully situated, was totally removed from and restaurants close by or even supermarkets. We did not have a car.
The room was very comfortable with a terrific view, and the location, right in the heart of the town is perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast on the roof terrace on a sunny morning was the perfect start to the day. The architecture of the hotel is wonderful and recent refurbishments have been really well done.
- Our host is very caring and responsive. We felt it was too cold and she quickly brought an extra infrared heater for us 😊

Excellent hotel with an excellent location for my purposes. Company has a customer that I visit annually and the Amrath Hotel Lapershoek Arenapark is 2 stops away. It's an excellent hotel that is clean, quiet and with a friendly staff. Their restaurant serves great food and the breakfast is top notch.
The apartment is fantastic with big soft bed and everything you'd need for a long stay in the Netherlands. The full kitchen allows you to save money by cooking for yourself. The area is wonderfully quite even though the building is right by the train tracks. I never heard a train.
The location was outstanding. Trompenberg is an old but beautiful and comfortable hotel and room number 3 is out of this world! Hilversum city itself is just awesome. I loved the woods surrounding Hilversum. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was perfect, staff all very nice, breakfast and Dinner was very good. Price was good, Hotel is clean and my room was simple but well maintained. Parking right in front. They had a very nice Dinner offered.
The hotel had a very modern "back to the future" look, kinda inspired by retro film studios.
The room was spacious and comfy with large panorama windows to view the city of Hilversum.
