I can not recommend this place enough! We only stayed one night on our way to another destination but I wish we had stayed longer. The room itself is so big! We are a family of 4 and there was so much space for us all. The beds were very comfy, there were facilities to make tea and coffee, along with a variety of drinks in a fridge. Also, lovely fluffy towels, dressing gowns and toiletries in the shower. For children there were lots of toys, our little boy loved the wooden Noah's Ark so much. Gerard and Petra were just wonderful. They are not intrusive at all but if you need something they are more than willing to help. Unfortunately our little girl took ill in the night and Petra came out with brand new bedding no problem at all and was extremely caring. Finally, the breakfast! Well what can I say about the breakfast... the variety, the size... goodness it was so special! We felt like we had been treated like royalty. We can not thank Gerard and Petra enough for their kindness and hospitality. We will be back and will also recommend to friends and family. Thank you ever so much!

This was by far the biggest and best family room we have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable beds!
Breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choice for everyone.
The bathroom is a little dated but very clean and had all the facilities necessary. This included a separate bath & shower & double sinks.

Nice, friendly hotel with some of the windows looking right into the stables. The kids were extatic. Pleasant restaurant, helpful staff, everything was to the expectations. If anything, then I would have welcomed a bit of a change for breakfast selection, as we've stayed for 4 nights, but it was still ok.

It was very green around, location was nice and quite, the rooms are clean and even have a kitchen built in the room. There is enough parking space and the restaurant has great food! 2 min walk to go into the Loonse Drunense Duinen. Which is fantastic if you are a lover of nature and want to get some fresh air!

Place is not well organized, and all the online check in is simply nightmare.
The place is nigthmare, they took my deposit while I should get it back.
They have system that is chaging prices to one paid at the booking - we need to pay more!
There is some online system to check it - but its not working properly.
People at the park that work there are rude and dont help at all. You need to pay for everything extra and its a joke!
I will never come back to that place!

Ottilia and John were very friendly and helpful. The gardens are lovely and tranquil, a real shame we didn’t have time or the weather to enjoy the private terrace. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel is on the central square of the village. The room had a great view of the harbour and the square. The staff was very friendly and the room was very cute and cosy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was simple, but nice and fresh.

Heusden is a beautiful city and this hotel is just in the middle (Vismarkt - main market with restaurants, etc.). The hotel has its charm and staff is very welcoming.
