The staff is very friendly. The room is small and the breakfast has everything but basic. The location is great and is close to public transportation.
Nice to spend one or two days to catch a breath. Large parks (Hitland and Schollebos) nearby with different walking routes and ponds. Two large malls (Oosterhof and Alexandrium, and Koperwiek) old part of Capelle aan den IJssel is nice to go for a stroll a great variety of restaurants and great to go for a stroll along the IJssel.

Its a great Hotel and the location is perfect if you are driving as they have a parking and it stays only 10 min away from Rotteerdam city. The room was clean and very comfortable also the breakfast is amazing.

Pleasantly large room and bathroom as well. Refrigerator in the room is a super pleasant plus. The pretty large and free private parking is priceless, when you are coming by car! The location near the highway is ideal for making trips to other parts of the country. The hotel restaurant can be a lifesaver when tired in the evening :)
A lot of choice, I asked for a Omelette for breakfast with know fuss was delicious, nothing was to much bother.
The room very clean and always had clean towels.
The beds were very comfortable and after a long day I really looked forward to my bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since most guests were visiting for a local marathon, the hotel decided to extend the check-out time to 5PM, letting people freshen up after the event. The staff also tried to help us as much as possible with any requests we might have.
We were working in the nearby area so this hotel was ideal for us. The hotel had a jar of liquorice sweets near the front desk, which was always topped up and complimentary.
The cost, and close to kinderjik, enough parking lots, warm and cosy room, clean. A beautiful lake/pool outside the hotel makes it feel calm and peace in the morning.
