Exactly what we needed for a very nice price. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and well-appointed and everything was arranged exactly as we had booked, even though we needed an arrangement of single and double beds. No confusion, no fuss. The breakfast was pleasant and fine for our needs.

Everything feels very cosy, well-kept, clean and with an attention to detail. Despite not having a bathroom within the room itself, it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all, since the shower is just across the small hallway and there’s a cleverly inbuilt faucet, for tea/ water. The female owner was very friendly and helpful on giving tips about local amenities. Breakfast was served in the beautiful, sunlit dining room, coffee was delicious. For a small fee I could rent a bike for the day, which made getting around the city very convenient and rounded up my positive impression.

Beautifully styled boutique hotel, much larger than average room that have everything you needed and looked especially cosy for the winter with its own fireplace and settee. Breda is a peaceful, wonderful place where you can relax, take long walks in the nature, along the river, in the woods, on the fields. There are very good restaurants and pubs in Breda, friendly people everywhere. Nothing and nobody disturbs you ever! It is the right place to rethink your entire life and put everything in a new light! I strongly recommend Breda as a starting point for those who want to know Netherlands!

We visited close friends, so it was a holiday trip but not for sight- seeing. Breda itself has not much to offer, it is a mid-size town with a pedestrian zone in the center but no real highlights. Apart from the usual shops there are some nice restaurants and bars, but you have to know them. Compared to Amsterdam f.e. it lacks all the tourist attraction, so no canals or coffee shops. a bit plain, typical dutch.

Rent a hotel in the centre or rent a car. No trams in the city, like Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Hotels in the city can be expensive, just because they are in the city. But not necessarily good.

Great picturesque and cozy city in the south of Netherlands, very friendly people and great places. Especially in the summer months Breda is probably the best city in the whole country, awesome vibes.

It has a very small cozy city center but, depending on what you like, it has enough entertainment.
I took the tour in the cathedral and went up to the tower. Walked around the city center, went to the park, stond on the "Hoge Brug"... You can visit the begijnenhof and go to a couple of more museums. Also the Natural park De Biesbosch is 30km from Breda.
Very clean and modern hotel with all the facilities you need. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was superb, you can walk underneath the train station and within a few minutes you are in the city centre.
The staff was super nice and helpful, enabled us an early check-in in the middle of the night, as our original hotel (Bastion) cancelled our booking without notifying us.
The rooms were nice.
