Everything about our experience with this hotel was lovely. To echo other reviews: the breakfast was great, we also chose the packed lunch (which was great), but above all: every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful.

Hotel had advised reception closed 1500-0700 24/25/26 Dec. We checked in 24 Dec for two nights, paying in advance.
We liked the room size and comfort, and the room-delivered breakfasts both mornings were exemplary and very well done.
