Flonk Hotel Groningen Centre, BW Signature Collection is located within walking distance from the lively centre of Groningen, Oosterpoort and Central Station.
We enjoyed our two nights with Hotel 't Gemeentehuis. Check in procedure was very smooth and the gentleman was really nice and helpful! Breakfast was definitely more than enough and had some choices of bread and cakes. The ladies who worked at the breakfast area were very friendly and carried nice smile. Room was clean and big although it was a bit old fashioned. Location was pretty good a d very convenient. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Love this little town and the accomodation lighted up our trip ! Thank you so much !
Nice breakfast and dinner. No lift and difficult staircase. In need of full renovation. Towels very much worn, in need of replacement. Free parking around the hotel and the central square 24/7. Around 10km from Groningen. It could be cheaper. Recomended; Not sure.
The hotel was in the centre of the village. A bus stop to Groningen city was 5 min walk away.
The hotel had a restaurant, very busy with locals as well, food lovely. The room was adequate, clean and breakfast was abundant. Staff was excellent.
