The staff is awesome, friendly, and I feel like staying with a big family here! The resort is located away from the streets, which keeps it quiet, allowing you to enjoy the hill view and cold breeze. It's also pet-friendly; I met Yen Yen, the orange cat, and two Persian cats, which were so cute! The convenience is exceptional; I managed to directly rent a motorbike from them, saving my time dealing with external parties. I will definitely make this my first option for my next visit.

A busy small town. Walks from the town are not that easy to walk to or great. You need taxi or tours to get to all the sites around the town. The town itself is a typical small hill town, now spoiled by too much development. The main street has lots of tourist shops and restaurants touting for business. The food offerings are good and varied.
It is a small town, walkable but traffic through the town, which is constant, spoils any chance of a peaceful atmosphere. As like most Malaysian towns, pedestrian walkways or crossings are really needed but not built. Public toilet facilities poor. The town is no jewel in the crown of the highlands unfortunately.

Tanah Rata is the main centre for exploring the Cameron Highlands. The main activities are walking in the nearby rainforest trails and taking a tour up to look at the lovely tea plantations in the area and then up to the moss forests up in the mountains (about 2000 metres above sea level). Take good rainwear!

Tanah Rada has a quiet environment. There are some garden houses left over from the British colonial period in the town, as well as many holiday homes. The front and back of the house are planted with exotic flowers and trees, just like the British spring and summer scenery.

There are plenty of food outlets here so don't have to worry about getting food. The local mall, Cameron Fair is still not filled up. There are many empty lots there for rent etc... We enjoyed the local market near Zenith hotel.

A small town but with lots of activities to choose. I play golf at Sultan Ahmad Shah Club and it was awesome! My family also enjoying the cold climate and majestic view of the nature. You should come here to experience Cameron Highlands!

The main city with all you need can be obtained and available. All kind of food available. Also at the central point of Cameron Highlands. You can arrange what activities you need from here with banking facilities around
Norman is very nice and helpful, provided us with many tips for our stay in Cameron Highlands and also prepared for us lovely breakfast in the morning. As many people mentioned true is that the walls are thin and nearby there is music bar open till 12pm but we actually didnt mind and it added special vibe to the place that everybody there was trying to keep quiet. Also great value for money. I would recommend this stay for backpackers. Place itself is very simple but clean and provided with all neccessary things.
Great and nice place to stay, well maintain and keep clean. Nice view and from balcony. nearest to many restaurants, minimarket and etc. Calm area because isolate from main road. Completed set of cookware.

it was very central to the town of tanah rata, the room was very luxurious and amazing facilities in the hotel itself, the breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose from, staff were friendly and accommodating, bed was extremely comfy and we had an amazing view of the Cameron highlands from our balcony
We liked the accommodation very much. We had the appartement with shared bathroom. We shared the bathroom with one other appartement.
The best thing about the Guesthouse is the lady of the Guesthouse (Charen). She is very helpful. She will help you with everything you need in and around Cameron Highlands
Clean. Good location. Near Maybank - see photo. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Mayflower chinese restaurant nearby is quite good. Recommend the local veggies as they are fresh and sweet. See photo of the Cameron highlands cabbage - crispy and naturally sweet.
The location near town of Tanah Rata. The common area are very spacious and we can bring own food or eat take a way at the common area or small open cabin. No shoes allowed inside has create a sense of comfort and with common area there is tv, we can mingle around.
The location was quite close to Tanah Rata centre with few minutes walking.
The house equipped with Netflix, hot water shower, and all kind of necessary needs.
The cleanliness, the space and provision of towels/ prayer mats were really superb.
The location is so strategic at middle of Tanah Rata. Really nice view and it's staff also kind to us. Will stay again soon here when go to Cameron Highland and of course will recommend to others too.

The apartment was spacious and there are 3 rooms with 5 queen/king bed. The cookware and silverware was provided. The amenity was good and the place is close to hotspot around cameron highland.
The advertising about this hotel isn't correct from what I need so I don't stay at this hotel and also staff advice me to canceled due to wrong advertise and property didn't charge me.anything
