Clean, nice. Lower ground, good for elderly. BBQ pit was not too shabby. Beach is not too far, there's a pool too. No complaints, great for a weekend.

Spacious house, can easily fit up to 8 or more people. Clean, lots of natural light, huge balcony, good ventilation from living room to bedroom. Fairly equipped kitchen with water dispenser (hot & cold), microwave oven, and large fridge.

the beach at Roxy Beach Hotel (Canopy and Villa) was beautiful. But there is a sign warning people to swim at your own risk (because of jelly fish).
I think one day overnight stay is suffix.
Take the opportunity to drive further west to visit Kampong Teluk Melano - it is just about 1/2 hour drive away.

Sematan is a quiet little town.
Sematan is a quiet little town. It has an amazing stretch of beautiful beaches and a chill place for a getaway. Seafood is a must and affordable as well. Locals are friendly and always a place find adventure!
