The room was extremely spacious and despite being across the road from a shopping centre, it was very quiet. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Jervey on the front desk was especially helpful, organizing a driver to do a half day tour at Sandakan for us. There were no half day tours available, so this was appreciated as we had limited time. The location was close to everything, the breakfast was delicious and we were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel while we took an overnight trip to Brunei.
