I like this hotel so much. Everything about this hotel is perfect. This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel. Value for money, clean, nice concept, friendly staff and comfortable room. Except, the noise we have to bear at night. Motorcyle 'mat rempit' and club sound too loud.

The unit was large and had great air-conditioning. It had a full kitchen and there were 2 full bathrooms. But it could use a few changes to attract tourists. First, the curtains needed to be rehung. They were a distraction. Second, the furniture needs to be thought out and some of it replaced. The furniture was not very functional. There were too many pieces that appeared to be left in the unit because there was no other place for them. And the bedrooms were not really set up for hanging clothes from suitcases. But all, in all, the unit met our needs at a good price. And that is what was important.

Good Place to stay and from there you can travel to nearby...
Good Place to stay and from there you can travel to nearby places, such as Penang Island, or if wanna go bit far you also can travel to Pekan Rabu only 1 hour away.
Also got many places to eat, to shopping there are a few mall nearby need travel by cars 15-20 min away.
Please avoid peak time if you are driving massive jammed.

If you planning to stay long, and try to budget in your meal expenses. LOTUS Seberang Jaya the right place to get all stuff for your meal, or u can just get near by hyper market just walking distance.
Planning to go for travel any place plan your timing not to clash with working hours. If not you will stuck in massive traffic jammed.
From hear also you also can take a journey to neighbor state Kedah such as Alor Setar. Butterworth nice place to stay.

Why time pkp too all the hotel fully soldout but not same like past year long time a go may this order law have brain but not function maybe evrytime 1nite stay 2morrow receptions order to customer checkout so so if u say sorry its okay but u order like all guest no payment too you whats its gud after may prepayment charges into my acc n must b too waiting refundable may b u beetter evrybody have a choice if not dont give s.o.p n say that law b4 u dont know how to tackle all customer becoz cant not bran

Butterworth is on of major cities in Malaysia, and one of busiest also one of most prosper in Malaysia, our trip to Butterworth od for job related Hotel or Home stay are plenty easy to access and easy to navigate thanks to Waze and Googla Maps.
It is a simple hotel but it met my requirements. The room was very spacious giving us so much of space to get dressed for a function. We had water heater problem but it was immediately attended to. The staff were also very hospitable and helpful. There were ample free parking available. There are lots of eateries in the vicinity.
Breakfast was local cuisine (noodles/rice/curried chicken) toast or fresh cooked eggs (omlette or scrambled). We tried the rice, toast and omlette, all good. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Budget hotel and Good value for £31 PN. Staff ordered taxi for onward travel.
New apartment and new furnitures , so comfortable . Everything all good . My kids so happy stay here . And location is strategic. Near ns kandar subaidah, ecconsave , penang sentral , bagan ajam and near Kg Agong just 20min drive. Sure will repeat again.
Although from outside the hotel looks very ordinary and doubtful, but the interior especially the room and bathroom is very clean. Aircond is functioning well, but can be too cold at night. The person running it is friendly and helpful.
This hotel I booking and pay online after reaching hotel but at meet at kaunter they ask me to cancel the booking online.then book the other hotel..I'm very upsad about this then I lose my money...I pay double for same room..

Check in/out is very easy (via Whatsapp). Location is very good; walking distance to eatery and groceries. Easy assess from PLUS highway from south and going to my working location in Butterworth.
