The welcome we received from doorman, reception staff and duty manager was exceptional. We arrived in a large vehicle with bikes on the back and the duty manager went out of his way to find us a suitable parking space and helped us off load the bikes. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of choices offered each day of our three night stay. The GM was very visable, approachable and, like the rest of the staff, she was happy to talk to us at any time.

On checking in- and a comment for all gated accommodation in Malaysia on Booking.com- we need to ask ourselves a fundamental question: who are we gate-keeping? Who are we keeping in safe-and from whom? Who are we attempting to keep out-and why, given the relative safety and security of Malaysia- a notable feature of the country? Bayan Lepas is in the middle of Penang. It is nearby Georgetown and also Balik Pulau. Though it was not near the beach, you still can go to nearby beach during day time and spend your night in hotels around Bayan Lepas. You can save on your accommodation and enjoy shopping.

There is water dispenser available for both hot and cold water but not functioning. Need to ask for a kettle. otherwise meet my purpose of travelling. Parking quite limited and small area.
The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Although not near to Georgetown, its located next to Queensbay Mall. The staff are very friendly and nice. A big thanks to Winnie, Director of Rooms, whom i happened to encounter at the lobby...She patiently guided me on how to use the grab app to get around. Even the hotel room service food was good. Best fried rice and fried chicken i have ever tasted! Will definitely go back again when i visit Penang.
The room was big and spacious, had everything needed. We checked in late which was no problem either. The owner was very nice and even took us to the beach on the first day, and quickly showed us his Durian trees on the second day which was super nice! Definitely recommend this place, it is located in one of the few villages left on Penang and thus a somewhat unique location. Very easy to get a grab to/ from the airport.

The hotel is located near a food court that serves a variety of local food. There nothing that about the hotel that is outstanding except for its location. I had to catch a early morning flight, the receptionist issued the invoice and wnet back office thereafter without even bother to assist me. For the rate, presume you could get a better hotel with reasonable services.
For a 3 ⭐ hotel, they certainly felt like a 4 ⭐, everything was so good, clean, staff friendly, location good, free wifi, smart tv to watch Netflix with your own account, air cond good, shower water is so strong omg fantastic
The apartment is soo clean, beds are comfy, kitchen well utilized, got washing machine.. Suitable for family. Ikea concept decoration which is simple and nice. Will booking again in future if visit to penang again.
