it for my birthday. when we got there, the facilities were dirty and the whole place looked abandoned. we asked them to cancel our reservation but they declined. we had to pay for the whole stay and look for a new hotel.

The staff is fabulous. We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed the location (it is close to everything) and even though it was raining a lot during our stay, we were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi with other guests.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and menu. Breakfast was included and it was great - we chose pancakes with fresh fruit and fresh papaya juice.

We enjoyed our say. Tthe location was perfect and we had no problems parking on the street. Staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I didn't realise we will have a minifridge which was useful and the breakfast was very tasty.

Staying at La Aurora Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Specially Karen, who gave us great suggestions on places to see and where to eat.
