Crystal clear water with easy accessible coral to snorkel (bring your own gearr then you can snorkel whenever you want to). Such friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible with various activities and events organized by the Riu group. Great food and drinks as well. We had a wonderful holiday at Rindali Maldives Maaenboodhoo. 🎊 Everything was perfect. It was the first time for us in Maldives, we were nervous, but Adam Shameem and Mohamed Asim took care of us just like a family does. Adam Shameem booked the boat tickets for us, he came with us when we took the boat from Male South Harbor to Maaenboodhoo, stayed in contact with us all the time we were in the boat via watsapp, he did the best for making us feeling good and safety.
Then when we arrived to Maaenboodhoo the brother of Adam Shameem, Asim, was there to receive us. Also their nieces were there waiting for us with beautiful outfits and flowers. 🌺🌸🪷 At the hotel we received coconuts cocktail and cold towels for refreshing after the boat travel. 🥥🍹 We were very impressed by their warm love shown to us. The hotel is very beautiful, very clean, spacious with all the amenities you need. They have adaptors for drains in the rooms. Don't take with you any towels for the beach, they will give you big and comfy towels for the beach. Thindi Beach, the bikini beach, it is wonderful, crystal clear waters and soft sand. At this beach we had comfortable sunbeds and a tent for shadow. ⛱️They gave us every day bottled water, so we didn't have to provide for ourselves water. The food was tasty, we ate fresh tuna and some traditional meals. On the island you have six stores from where you can buy almost everything you need, we bought every day tasty icecream. 😋 The island is full of beautiful palms. 🌴
Asim and his team offered us some activities to do, like going to sandbanks, night fishing, night beach dinner etc.
The people on the island are very very kind, we were so grateful for meeting them. We really had an amazing vacation on Rindali Maldives Maaenboodhoo. Adam and Asim are wonderful people, they will make you have no worries. So if you want a beautiful vacation to Maldives I highly recommend to choose this hotel, you will not regret it at all.

Perfect place for total relaxation. Maybe a few more activities for the ‘oldies’ would be good. We loved the bingo and Kahootz but the party music wasn’t our style. Enjoyed the saxophone player and the Irish singer. During the day maybe trivia or games?

I dont recommend. Fisrt time in Riu and the last one. Food and drinks really really poor. always the same. very annoying. You are treated like a $. Beds very bad very used mattress. I asked to change but they dont change. a really bad smell in the shower. Was a really bad experience in this hotel. Avoid if you want a really good vacay. manager is very unhelpful.

Angsana Velavaru is magical place. Since arrival everything was exceptionally good. When we arrived at the airport there was representative and she looked after us and took us to sea plane. And when you fly on sea plane you see beautiful island and different shares of water. Resort was really beautiful and clean, Food was very good. I would say must go for all inclusive . Couple of restaurants one with buffet and food was scrumptious. Resort pool was good size and room was so clean including the shower etc.
Best experience is scuba diving. Instructor Ahmad was best . Even though it was my first experience . But Ahmad was so calm and made me feel relaxed. My Mrs she backed out at the last moment just before jumping but they did not charge us for that. I am fully impressed with their exceptional services. I saw reel, Carol, touched the turtle, schools of fish, mini sharks and over the water while my mrs were waiting, she saw dolphons.
All i can say its really really amazing experience , with lots of water sports, free kayaking and i want to visit it again.

It was a good place to spend our family vacation. Clean rooms, excellent spread of food & drinks, reasonable TV channels coverage, uncrowded island beach and friendly staff.
The walkways could have some shelter added to a walk back and fort from villas - specially in the hot noon sun.
Extraordinary stay, amazing location in the Maldives. Especially, loved the friendliness of the staffs, plenty of activities to do. Amazing food, it was really good with a variety of options and themed dinners. Resort had special event nights to discover the local culture.
A few mentions for the staffs who were really great with us: Ahemed (divecenter), Zahuraan, Asif, Maheed, Sumith (sunset boat cruise), Shaaman, Jaleel, Mew (SPA), Sylvia (divecenter) and of course the rest of the team whom we couldn't grab the names.
The room and location is amazing. its like being in paradise. However, the hotel is part of 2 hotels. Riu Atoll and Riu Palace. I would definitely recommend staying and Riu Palace. Riu palace does include a lot more considering the difference in price. We booked this hotel, and after a couple of days we ended up changing to Riu Palace. They dont tell you you dont have included drinks in your room, or room service.

The island and hotel is amazing beautiful, its like paradise on earth. The hotel offered perfect service, very friendly polite staff. The food was excellent. Room very clean and well equipped.
We liked very much that the hotel staff took care of us from the moment we landed in Male, guided us through the transfer to the island, arranged checkin while enjoyed a drink in the bar, and same when we departed. This is a place for perfect relax, and also a big variety of entertainments. We will come back for sure!
Fantastic place people there are the secret to its uniqueness , wonderful staff especially staff at Palm Marry ,Mina, Madara, Marshal , Chef Hrter(made us a special lunch on last day which was a wonderful touch) they rise above all , especial thanks to them . Beautiful landscape ,beautiful beach , attention to cleanness and details is obvious . Most of the views around the hotel are breath taken , variety and taste of food at palm buffet restaurant is superior to food at a la cart restaurants .
The staff at this in-ocean villas are all great! Laila is the kindest. But! I must say all of them go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & memorable. One of the best hotel we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. We loves all of the inclusive activities that been offered by the Hotel. Really such a great holiday for us.
This was our second time there and we were pleasantly surprised of how the hotel developed. The trees have grown so much in 2 years :) We liked everything - the helpfulness of the staff, the food, the variety of music and activities. Everything was extremely clean! All personnel were wearing mask everywhere and all the time.
The beach location and the hotel services were excellent including cleanliness and variety in meals. Staff are always ready to help. I woukd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and to all beach liovers. I would definitely stay at the same hotel if I return back to Maldives.

A small suggestion to the hotel - include a basic swimming course, it would really make it more worthwhile for the guests who can't swim or have basic abilities in swimming
All staff are very happy to help. The hotel representative was waiting me in the airport to arrange the seaplane trip and took us to hotel waiting lounge. The food was nice and Diving center PADI was excellent. You will find a lot of activities to do in the hotel.
The island is absolutely stunning and the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel is great. Our room attendant Mizan was so nice and did a really good job. He was so friendly and really kind when my partner was not well. The water villas are fantastic and really private.

Food options were good. Snorkelling was convenient and good. Staff was generally friendly. Despite frustrations and problems we experienced, it was still good value for money….for the Maldives.
