🇿🇦 Came all the way from Cape Town to celebratebrate our honeymoon at this beautiful resort. The most aesthetic looking, beautiful place I have visited in the world. Crystal clear water with easy accessible coral to snorkel (bring your own gearr then you can snorkel whenever you want to). Such friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible with various activities and events organized by the Riu group. Great food and drinks as well. Wouldn’t think twice to come backcl again. Many thanks Riu for the trip of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful holiday at Rindali Maldives Maaenboodhoo. 🎊 Everything was perfect. It was the first time for us in Maldives, we were nervous, but Adam Shameem and Mohamed Asim took care of us just like a family does. Adam Shameem booked the boat tickets for us, he came with us when we took the boat from Male South Harbor to Maaenboodhoo, stayed in contact with us all the time we were in the boat via watsapp, he did the best for making us feeling good and safety.
Then when we arrived to Maaenboodhoo the brother of Adam Shameem, Asim, was there to receive us. Also their nieces were there waiting for us with beautiful outfits and flowers. 🌺🌸🪷 At the hotel we received coconuts cocktail and cold towels for refreshing after the boat travel. 🥥🍹 We were very impressed by their warm love shown to us. The hotel is very beautiful, very clean, spacious with all the amenities you need. They have adaptors for drains in the rooms. Don't take with you any towels for the beach, they will give you big and comfy towels for the beach. Thindi Beach, the bikini beach, it is wonderful, crystal clear waters and soft sand. At this beach we had comfortable sunbeds and a tent for shadow. ⛱️They gave us every day bottled water, so we didn't have to provide for ourselves water. The food was tasty, we ate fresh tuna and some traditional meals. On the island you have six stores from where you can buy almost everything you need, we bought every day tasty icecream. 😋 The island is full of beautiful palms. 🌴
Asim and his team offered us some activities to do, like going to sandbanks, night fishing, night beach dinner etc.
The people on the island are very very kind, we were so grateful for meeting them. We really had an amazing vacation on Rindali Maldives Maaenboodhoo. Adam and Asim are wonderful people, they will make you have no worries. So if you want a beautiful vacation to Maldives I highly recommend to choose this hotel, you will not regret it at all.
Located on the largest island in Dhaalu Atoll, Kandima Maldives offers an abundance of water-sports, the largest beach club and tennis and Volleyball courts.
Perfect place for total relaxation. Maybe a few more activities for the ‘oldies’ would be good. We loved the bingo and Kahootz but the party music wasn’t our style. Enjoyed the saxophone player and the Irish singer. During the day maybe trivia or games?

I dont recommend. Fisrt time in Riu and the last one. Food and drinks really really poor. always the same. very annoying. You are treated like a $. Beds very bad very used mattress. I asked to change but they dont change. a really bad smell in the shower. Was a really bad experience in this hotel. Avoid if you want a really good vacay. manager is very unhelpful.

2 out of the 3 restaurants - bars closed upon arrival - massively disappointing. Spoilt the whole experience and once you’ve unpacked and settled - to find this out 2 days into a 7 day trip is demoralising.

Angsana Velavaru is magical place. Since arrival everything was exceptionally good. When we arrived at the airport there was representative and she looked after us and took us to sea plane. And when you fly on sea plane you see beautiful island and different shares of water. Resort was really beautiful and clean, Food was very good. I would say must go for all inclusive . Couple of restaurants one with buffet and food was scrumptious. Resort pool was good size and room was so clean including the shower etc.
Best experience is scuba diving. Instructor Ahmad was best . Even though it was my first experience . But Ahmad was so calm and made me feel relaxed. My Mrs she backed out at the last moment just before jumping but they did not charge us for that. I am fully impressed with their exceptional services. I saw reel, Carol, touched the turtle, schools of fish, mini sharks and over the water while my mrs were waiting, she saw dolphons.
All i can say its really really amazing experience , with lots of water sports, free kayaking and i want to visit it again.

It was a good place to spend our family vacation. Clean rooms, excellent spread of food & drinks, reasonable TV channels coverage, uncrowded island beach and friendly staff.
The walkways could have some shelter added to a walk back and fort from villas - specially in the hot noon sun.
The island and hotel is amazing beautiful, its like paradise on earth. The hotel offered perfect service, very friendly polite staff. The food was excellent. Room very clean and well equipped.
We liked very much that the hotel staff took care of us from the moment we landed in Male, guided us through the transfer to the island, arranged checkin while enjoyed a drink in the bar, and same when we departed. This is a place for perfect relax, and also a big variety of entertainments. We will come back for sure!
Very good hotel with a great beach, villas and very good reef where you can swim almost any time you want. The food in all the restaurants is really delicious, we really enjoyed Well Done restaurant and especially desserts there :) Plenty of activities are available on the island, spa is really worth visiting. Home reef is super cool - would also recommend to try
The staff at this in-ocean villas are all great! Laila is the kindest. But! I must say all of them go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & memorable. One of the best hotel we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. We loves all of the inclusive activities that been offered by the Hotel. Really such a great holiday for us.
The hotel is amazing! From the staff to the comfort of the beds, the food, the beach, the sea, the gym, what can I say we enjoy every single moment we spent there. The hotel has several activities which we enjoyed too and even the other guests were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel! Hope to be back soon
It was a great stay. This is a 3 years old resort so everything looks brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The view is priceless. Food is good. Personal staff are friendly at all times. They make you feel like being home. I definitely recommend this resort. Beautiful Maldives!

A small suggestion to the hotel - include a basic swimming course, it would really make it more worthwhile for the guests who can't swim or have basic abilities in swimming
