Biljana is a wonderful host. She and her husband stayed up into the middle of the night to greet us, and they were so kind and attentive. It's truly a pleasure to have met them.
The house itself is fantastic — spacious and well located, with two large bedrooms and one smaller one, plus plenty of comfortable common space. We'll happily stay there again on our next trip to Krusevo.

It is a beautiful small town in the mountains with wonderful climate for the summer. Rich with history, monuments, small narrow streets, uphill and downhills. Great for walking, fresh air and trees.
The playground near Gumenje should be restored, it used to be wonderful place for kids, but now a days it is ruined. The Adventure Park unfortunately was closed for visitor when we were there, but I assume it is a great place as well. Next time.
The food in Panorama Hotel is excellent, we have not tried anywhere else as the kids loved it and wanted to eat only there.

Krusevo is fun even if you just walk around the narrow steel streets. Amazing architecture to see.
I strongly recommend visiting the Ilinden Monument, Krusevo Lake, Tose Proeski's Memorial, St. Nicola's Church in the centre, a walk to Hotel Montana.
A lot of places to eat delicious and relatively cheap food: Pizzeria Skar, Restaurant Krusevska Odaja.
Also, don't forget to buy some Turkish delight from Tagas Balkan and homemade sausages from the butcher's "Pitu Guli" - true delicacies of Krusevo.
The only drawback is the fact that some of the museums have been closed the last couple of times I've visited Krusevo (museums in MK are only closed on Mondays, and I visited during the weekend).

Small city but full of history. 3-4 days are enough to see everything: the lake, the ski areas on the top of the mountain, hiking, biking and lot of walking on the fresh air. There are multiple monuments to be seen.
