Almost everything, I have been staying at this hotel since 2019, in past I had issue with the toilet, but they have made an effort and have improved the toilets decoration, well done.

The Hotel is operated to a very high standard across all aspects - professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, dining to name but a few. Full marks to the staff for their care and friendly personnality, special mention to Sylvano and Jemima at evening dinner and Julio and Benoit for their kind assistance.
The hotel and restaurant were both very welcoming and comfortable.
I had a medical episode and the staff went extraordinary levels to help me. Their manager, Kaed even stayed overnight with me in the hospital so that he could act as my interpreter. That was beyond any service that I could expect.
