Negative: unfortunately there were many points of improvement. Overall I would characterize the hotel as “not well maintained”. It has everything to be a great hotel, but it misses cleanliness and motivation of the hotel staff: children seats in the restaurant and tables were always dirty, area next to the swimming pool had multiple objects, which stayed for days there and were not cleaned or thrown away (like used diapers, meal rests, plates, food leftovers). Lobby and the entrance area were clean, but as soon as you go further away it became dirty - for instance it was not possible to use the pool toilet, it was dirty all the time.
Rooms were nicely designed, but again dirty - we had hair in the shower upon check in, chairs were covered with dust, sofa was dirty.
No healthy drinks for kids at the restaurant - just water. The juice was always empty and was looking again dirty. At the breakfast one should ask for cereals and milk, otherwise they wouldn’t place it. Half of our group got stomach pain on the second day of our stay and needed medication to handle it.

It was relaxing, but I personally wouldn’t go again as for me it wasn’t a 5 star experience and our stay wasnt cheap at all.
It was a nice experience, the entertainment was very good and the staff are very nice, polite and accommodating.
I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Résidences in Saidia. The location is absolutely beautiful, right by the beach, and the resort itself is top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable experience. The amenities, including the pool and restaurants, were fantastic. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Résidences for a perfect getaway in Saidia
I had a delightful stay at this tranquil hotel with my family. We were pleased to have a spacious suite with a picturesque view of the golf course and a large swimming pool. The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was exceptionally hospitable, especially Fatima Zohra at the front desk, who warmly greeted us with a constant smile and attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon.

Working Ac in every room. The pool area was good. The nearest beach was super clean and with clear water (saidia east beach), perfect for our small family. I would stay away from the dirty beaches near the corniche and go here instead.

The location is great , super close to the beach and other areas , but the house itself is not clean at all . Its a beautiful big house and i booked it 3 weeks before my arrival but unfortunately it was super dirty the showers were nasty we couldn’t even take a shower in them . A lot of dust all over the place .and no WIFI
The hotel is very big, many swimming pools, best location in Saidia, many restaurants, i had the chance to be present the opening night of the black lion night club,it was amazing, there was AZIZI Dadas,rachid Kasmi, and Ahmed Chawki, i had an excellent weekend I will be definitely coming back soon.
The Apartment was beautiful, very clean and well equipped it had everything we needed to cook , clean and do laundry. The beach was near by about 5 to 8 minutes drive. The honest was kind and honest. My Family and I loved this place I highly recommend it.

The host was very helpful and kind. One of the very best places to stay in Saidia. Lovely rooms, very comfy and quiet. The beach is close, you can simply walk to it. I ll definitely be coming back here again!
