I had a fantastic experience that truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool, which was a perfect oasis for unwinding. The Moroccan restaurant offered an authentic culinary journey, and every dish was delicious, making for memorable dining experiences. The bar was also a great spot to unwind with a refreshing drink. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to PR Ilham for her exceptional support throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made all the difference, ensuring I felt welcomed and well cared for. I truly appreciate her efforts and look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were so friendly. Not all of them of course. There were a couple of them, a bit rude but some of them were incredibly nice and friendly, always a smile on their faces and always saying goodmorning or goodevening. I remember this guy when I was a bit late for lunch, he still helped me with everything. A big thank you for him. The lady at the spa was so good at massaging.

Morocco is one of my favourite places to visit.
Morocco is one of my favourite places to visit.
Marrakesh I have done the city centre twice, Atlas Mountains and Agafay.
I have done one trip with 4 ladies and 1 trip with my boyfriend both times I felt safe and could wander around happily all day
I would reccomend El Fenn for cocktails at Sunset, Safon for evening dinner they have a fantastic menu and entertainment
I have done quad biking, camel sunset rides, star gazing, luxury camping in the dessert, hot air balloons and would reccomend all of it.
I would always stay in Riad's as they are so traditional and the staff go above and beyond. I can't wait to be back, already planning Christmas visit

There is so much to see and do in Marrakesh and in the surrounding areas, you can see the Sahara one day and the Atlas Mountains the next. It’s also home to beautiful palaces and architecture and to incredible craftsmanship. Sadly the main square and surrounding streets are full of fakes, football shirt sellers and other tat but don’t let that put you off, you can still buy many beautiful things but go to the artisans themselves. Avoid the women’s collectives, sadly they are now male run but fronted by excellent female saleswomen who will very smoothly con you into buying vastly overpriced oils and cosmetics. As a cultural experience though Marrakesh is hard to beat

The only bad thing was being left at a womens' co operative where they sold lots of traditional beauty products eg argon oil etc.
The lady who spoke to us was really entertaining (Shamira?) but with hindsight we feel she was a con artist.
We picked our products and were SHOCKED at the price - £177 for a bag of herbal tea, 125ml herbal remedy to give energy, 250ml rubbing oil for joint pain, and 100ml barbary fig oil. Oh and small piece amber to scent a drawer (when I had asked for two). My friend's bill was over E300 for only a few more bottles and when she got home one of them was smaller than she had requested. 'Shamira' SWADDLED our purchases in heavy sticky tape so we didn't attempt to open them until we got home. She also got us to sign a blank receipt and said she would fill out what we had bought later.
She had really lulled us into a false sense of security. I was suspicious initially when a taxi we hailed to go the secret garden (call me Mr. Couscous) said for us to go there to help 'the poor women' - my first reaction was that any deviation by a taxi driver is a scam and so it was,
Left a bad taste in our mouths and we think very little of our money went to any needy women.
The person on my bank statement receiving the £177 is MR. AIT BENHANNADI DRI
Even the 'womens collective' in the mountains charge E40 for four small bars of soap (my friend bought them) - I also visited a third herbalist and while there was no hard sell there were suggestions about other products i might buy and the two things I bought I considered excessively priced.....
In all three of these places, nothing had a price on it.
I would be VERY careful when purchasing from herbalists/'womens collectives'

A pleasant city with a mix of ancient and modern.
A pleasant city with a mix of ancient and modern. We were disappointed that both the Badi Palace and the Agdal Gardens were closed to visitors while we were there; had we known this we might have planned a shorter stay.
Fantastic hotel in Gueliz, only 20 min walk to Medina. The rooftop pool was such a treat on sunny days. The restaurant downstairs was top notch, we had octupus and lamb burger the 1st night, both excellent. Breakfast was superb! Lots of choice and fresh coffees. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. They were extremely attentative and hospitable. Mohammed, Malal and Maryam provided 5 star customer service evey day and we can't thank them enough for making our stay so comfortable.
The hotel and staff were amazing. I went there with a group of 10 girls for my hen party long weekend. Our rooms were upgraded and very luxurious, all the staff were polite, accommodating and very helpful.
For an all inclusive the food was also amazing. I will definitely be going back there again.
Thank you ‘ be live’ for an amazing 4 days
Great value for money.
All inclusive freedom and accessibility to all hotel facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Good variety of food and restaurants within the hotel
